Rollin Flame BBQ

Food so good you can smell it a mile away.Decided to come down to the Fresno Street Eats behind Sierra Vista today, and boy am I glad I did.I was lucky enough to catch a whiff of the bbq cooking at the Rollin Flame's truck and couldn't help but to check it out.I decided to get the Ribeye steak sandwich. Upon ordering I was asked how I wanted it prepared which to me was a pleasant surprise since most places cook to their personal preference usually leaving you with a dry piece of meat. Not Rollin Flame though, what I got was a beautifully cooked to medium rare perfection cut off ribeye seasoned properly in a toasted roll topped with grilled onions.While I was waiting the owner offered a sample of their mac n cheese to try out. From just that bite alone it was so good I had to switch my order of fries to the mac n cheese instead.It's fair to say that I'll be coming back to see what else The Rollin Flame will knock out of the park next.w

They have really good customer service and I appreciate how friendly and how quick their service isThe line was a bit long, but I didn't feel like I waited too long to order and our food came out pretty quick. Food was tasty and hot. The flavor was good and didn't need any extra sauce or seasoning. The loaded fries were sooo good and the meat on the ribs fell off the bone and melted into my mouth. I would love to try other items next time. Just not sure where they are all the time. Or if they are only at Enzos. Yum yum yum can't wait to have more food from them!

So good! Been there twice and the food is delicious! The brisket is tender and full of flavor. We get the loaded fries but with tri tip. The popcorn chicken is perfect too! I guess you can't go wrong.

Saw this place parked at Tioga-sequoia brewing company on veterans day and I thought I give it a try, and boy do I regret it. All the reviews says good thing but I think they were mostly self or family reviewed. I ordered the loaded fries and brisket sandwich. The fries were ok but a little over cooked. The brisket sandwich tasted like pot roast in a sandwich. It gave my friends and I food poisoning definitely knew it was a mistake after we all started to feel sick, had our doubts but gave it a try. It was definitely a red flag with the workers not wearing any mask or gloves, and the guy in shorts using the same dirty rag cleaning the outside of the trailer he wipe the prep table inside. I'm sure others got sick that day too.

I can say hands down, some of the best BBQ I've had since I moved here last June! Im from Kansas City, so you know I'm looking for the best! I can eat there at least 1 day out the week!! A little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for!! Kudos to you Guys!!!!

Carlos does a great job and the food is always top notch. Presentation is also great. I've had Rollin Flame on many occasions. We also have them catering our wedding in 2022.

They have amazing bbq and Customer service. The loaded pulled pork fries and Tri tip sandwhich is highly recommended. Nothing is too Smokey flavored. They work to meet last minute requests for our company events with out question and are quick even though everything is made when ordered. If you A find out where they are parked they are defiantly worth stopping to try it out. Yum?

Had Rollin flame cater an Anniversary and the food was excellent. The portions on the plate definitely doesn't leave you with any room for seconds. The Mac & Cheese is a must . I would Highly recommend Rollin flame if you need an event catered. Very professional and very organized. Thank you Carlos and family .

Had tri tip sandwich with mac & cheese.Both were very good,I wish I would've ordered extra mac & cheese-delicious!

absolute worst bbq I've ever had. they have a 3 meat plate that comes with what they want, anything different and it's an upcharge. Chicken was dry, tritip was cold and had no flavor. Hotlink is half of one whole. They only give you one side, and it's some boxed mac n cheese. They sold me a kids meal for 26 dollars. don't get scammed like me.
