Rojas Bro’s Tacos

I have been on a birria kick lately--just had a solid birria torta in WA on New Year's Eve.I showed up here to scratch that itch, and found that they also have birria quesadillas. Solid recommendation! I decided I'd be back before I'd even picked up a piece--biting into just confirmed it!

Rojas Bros serves up delicious Mexican food without skimping out on the meat portions! We often leave a restaurant satisfied with the flavors but disappointed with the ever decreasing meat portions. I'm sure this is a way that restaurants are balancing the rising cost of food. But there was no dissatisfaction with Rojas Bros! We ordered the Queso Birria tacos, Masa quesadilla, Birria torta, bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers and Carne asada torta. Each dish was flavor packed and filling! We ordered 4 bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers and each varied in spice level from medium heat to SPICY so make sure you are okay with heat if ordering as there is no way to ensure heat level. I was especially delighted with trying a masa quesadilla (dough was fried instead of cooked on comal) for the first time...so good! Plenty of parking and indoor seating. Service was not only friendly and efficient but when my husband asked if chips and salsa came with the order, the individual serving us went beyond simply saying no, and whipped up a fresh batch of chips, with salsa...true Mexican hospitality!We look forward to retuning soon!

3/21/25 Hot & New! Must try! Getting lunch! Greeted & ordered a Chicken Power Bowl. Veggies & jalapeños added. No sour cream guacamole & hot sauce on the side on the side. Also, whole beans instead of refried beans. The worker was kind. Also told him the hotter, the better on the hot sauce. Paid for the order and waited while it was made. Clean, safe & practiced. Nice restaurant. Salsa bar and many tables & chairs. Mexican music playing too!The worker said the salsa bar is made fresh daily! Great!! Received order shortly later with good day wishes! Thank you!! =) . Lunchtime! The Chicken Power Bowl is LARGE! Definitely two meals! I had half & it was really spicy hot & REALLY DELICIOUS! Tasty whole beans were a Great switch out! Tender chicken! Great salsa & guacamole too! Plus, leftovers! Two meals! Great service & REALLY Great Chicken Power Bowl! Highly recommended!

Birria taco plate was very good. Two tacos beans and rice was plenty of food. Tacos are generously filled with meat.

When I tell you these tacos were FIRE.... They were so good. I was in Fresno for 5 days and I ordered DoorDash Rojas Bro's twice. The tacos tasted homemade and very flavorful. I would definitely recommend this place.
