Loved this place as a kid. Lots of good hiking trails and great swimming holes. Great for camping with little one or teenagers. I hope to take my son here soon and show him why the great outdoors is so great.

an absolutely wonderful place: it's kinda dinky looking from the street but if you follow the creek downhill, you'll find granite pools and falls to play in. it's slippery so bring some water shoes if you can, but it's more than necessary to take a dip in the little pools and falls if possible. it's beautiful for many reasons, the fresh water just makes it that much better. totally worth any trip or drive to get here.. and the stars on clear night.. immaculate. I recommend x1000 plus some :) my picture doesn't do it justice cause I was too busy playing in the pools to take a good pic on my phone

I'm glad that the 2014 fire bypassed this lovely campground (it burned most of the surrounding area), beautiful creek with shallow dipping holes, Native American mortars and some nice sites along the creek. Gets very busy on the week end, good to arrive on Sunday to enjoy a few days in paradise for about 20$ a night. The host Carmen in 2013 was very nice and took care of the place and campers like family.
