Robertito's Taco Shop

There is nothing like a Robertito's hard-shelled shredded beef taco!! We moved to Eugene, OR and need you to open a location here I can't find anything even close!

They do not carry ceviche or shrimp cocktail. Drive-thru. Line moved fast! A Vegetarian burrito with chicken added and lots of hot sauce ordered. Took a bit to receive, but received with good day wishes! Lunch time! Burrito split in half. My burrito half was really delicious and even better with their Great hot sauce! Mother said hers was Great too with great flavor! Great service and delicious burrito! Highly recommended!

Like, I understand the country is facing the worst egg crisis in the nation's history, but really... I would rather pay more money for a breakfast burrito than to have a breakfast burrito with maybe one egg in it....

Solid California burrito. The green and red hot sauce are try the place out. Service is quick and profesional. The restaurant is roomy for a large group.

Let me start off by saying that the food was hot when we got home and tasty. Just had an issue with the lack of our tortillas being given to us (this is the third time). You are given an option of flour or corn with the chile verde plate but we never got either. Also I'd just like to add that when we ordered, we made a point to ask for all green salsa. No red. Because we always end up throwing the red away and it feels really wasteful. As you can see, we were still given red. Not a big deal but now the husband and I are gonna fight over the two green ones and the red ones are going in the trash lol.

Had an order of asada fries and it was a disappointment. The fries were soggy and it looked like they just threw everything in the plate and mixed it up together and sprinkled some cheese on top that didn't melt. I always thought this place to be the best from years ago...something different is going on. They suck. I went back for my refund. Took the receipt and the food back. The guy looked at the receipt..like he couldn't figure out what to do. Simple dude, on the register and. get my $15.05. thank you never again. Not even worth the one star that I was forced to give.

Please don't go to this location. I ordered a quesadilla and while I was eating it I noticed hair was in the cheese. I took a look in the kitchen and noticed the person cooking had a full beard without a beard net on. I kindly asked for my money back. The cashier seemed to struggle with the refund. Another employee tried to assist her and then printed out my original receipt and told me I would get my refund in a few days. I never got my refund so they're getting a review.

There is no meat eggs in this big burrito. All tortilla and cheese Not good at all!

Horrible customer service at night. Drive thru girl with red hair and long lashes. Always there at nights has an attitude and gets your order wrong and when you try to correct her is nothing but bad attitude. Forgets to give you salsa when originally order and when you ask she is rude. She has been years working there same attitude same shift same color hair same lashes same attitude face. I don't know how no one has ever complained

This place is buttcheeks. All tortillas no burrito. Real disrespectful smh! My tortilla wrapped around my "burrito" like 3 times lolllll
