Good food, a bit pricey for the ingredients used, but it's not small portions. Drive through is a bit slow but that's what you get with made to order food. Make sure they don't forget your salsa.

This is the very first Robertitos that I have ever gone to. I have been coming here for over 20 years. I don't expect much other than a long wait and my food when I go. I usually prefer the one on Abby. However, tonight's experience was not great. I was craving a shrimp burrito due to lent. Pulled up and saw the 2 fish tacos and shrimp and rice meal. I asked the order taker if the sauce on it was sour cream. She was nice at this time and said no, it's a type of tartar sauce. I asked if I could have it on the side instead of in the taco since I don't like sour cream and was not sure if I was going to like the sauce and she said sure. I also asked for no lettuce and she said sure. She asked if I wanted red or green sauce and I ask for one of each and lemons. The picture shows it having lettuce, pico de Gallo and the white sauce. When I got to the window, the total was around $15 and change because I got pickled jalapenos. When they gave me my food, my tacos were drenched in sauce and there was no pico. I let her know that I requested sauce on the side and that it didn't have pico. She said it didn't come with pico. I let her know the picture comes with pico. She was irritated and took my food back for them to redo. I asked for lemons and she gave me rotten lemons, they were mushy and looked like custard and that it had been sitting there for weeks. I told her politely the lemons were bad and returned them. She took them back. She was very irritated, hostile and gave me a lot of attitude when all I wanted was exactly what I told her when she took my order. When they gave me my fish tacos a second time, they didn't give me the tartar sauce on the side like I requested, I did notice before I left, but I just didn't want to deal with the cashier being hostile again. She did apologize at the end, but honestly, I was hungry n over it. I've always known Robertitos to be pricy, but if I'm going to pay $15 for a plate which is almost a sit down restaurant price, I'd like to get what I ordered. I understand that it's frustrating when food gets returned, but I was very straight forward when ordering. Taste wise, the fry is good on the fish. Just dry because there's no sauce. The worst experience I've had in over 20 years.

I ordered 3 different burritos.. 1 came in a box..that was easy to identify..but the other 2 had no markings and were rapped identically...thanks jack azzes

The food is not good at all. Too salty and chunks of fat in my tacos and full of grease. This place is a horrible representation of Mexican food. If the owners were to drive through and order the food out of surprise, they would be so disappointed in what they worked so hard to accomplish. I use to eat frequent in the 90's and the food was actually good. I won't come back to this place and I actually feel sick to my stomach from the tacos.

I've come here off and on since I was little and it's changed a lot. The asada lacks flavor. The chicken tacos are over priced.My fries were also refried old fries, they were hard as rocks, even with all the salsa, pico, guacamole and crema they were hard, spending over 14$ on a plate I would imagine it to be fresh. But most of all I recommend checking your receipt, you should always get salsa with your food right? I was charged for salsa. I didn't ask for extra, they just plain charge you for it. Just really disappointing lately.

I'm already paying over $50 just for 4 meals & they're charging for sauces. Thats crazy but anyways isn't it normal to have 1-2 sauces free of charge for each meal order or??

This is the best Robertito's taco shop concerning portions size for your dollar. The workers are timely and polite. This location never skimps on their taco meat! Which is what keeps me coming back. I've been to the Clovis location since it's near my workplace but I'm always disappointed when this location has set the tone for food and service.

Shit store! Went this morning and found staples in my burrito.... STAPLES! and then went back just for the girl to not offer a full refund! I brought all the food back and said I don't feel comfortable eating the rest.... And to have the workers then look at me all dirty and talk to me like it's somehow my fault!? Stay away from this location!

Haven't came here in years until yesterday and feels like the quality went down and the prices went up. The lady who took my order was super rude. She had an attitude and was rushing me even though there were no cars behind me. Next the food I ordered Carne Asada fries and a California burrito, the meat was super hard like a rock overcooked to the maximum, the cheese wasn't even melted and my fries were cold in the both of the food options. I even asked for sour cream in the burrito and there was none. Next how am I supposed to eat a large fry and burrito with only 2 small sauces. When I asked for extra she said no rudely and if I want extra I can just go to Vallarta right there and buy salsa.. Such an unpleasant experience.

I've been meaning to leave a review for a while but didn't really want to download yelp so I'll share my experience now. I've gone to get a 2 flour tacos kids meal for years now and without ever asking for cheese in it or on the fries, I've received it with cheese a few times and I liked it so I specifically ordered it with cheese. I heard the lady tell the guy and he aggressively said "WELL WE DONT MAKE THEM WITH CHEESE" in spanish and I was confused because all of a sudden I can't get it with cheese? If you know, you know what guy I'm talking about-- the a**hole cook. Usually I get my flour tacos a decent size (comes cut in halves) but sometimes it looks like they made the full order, cut the ends off and just gave me the ends. Super tiny, not even a full flour tortilla like usual. Another time, I was on the phone with my mom and she was in line ready to order (she lives close by) and she ordered a burrito and asked for a small one if possible. I heard that same grumpy cook aggressively say "well we don't have small burritos, what do you think this is?" in spanish (we both speak and understand it) and I immediately recognized his voice and told her about my experience. (She was still willing to pay full price if they didn't make it so big, just didn't want a huge burrito)I know Robertitos are family owned but if he's the one running it, he has no business being bitter all the time. Bien amargado ese hombre, que lastima.
