This is how the dumpster look and will stay like that and sometimes it's worse it's disgusting!

R. L. Jensen & Associates has a serious ethics problem. A former HOA board member, Trevor Gregg, was appointed to the board by Sam Goza, with RLJ, then hired at RLJ just months later. If that doesn't scream conflict of interest, I don't know what does. And those glowing 5-star reviews? At least one was literally paid for with HOA funds--confirmed in a budget report. That alone speaks volumes. If you want transparency, fairness, or professionalism, I'd strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

I have had no good experiences with these people. A serious incident happened with my rental I had in that community. I was livid that they didn't inform me about it until the letter to fine me came. I was not notified, I was not allowed to rectify the situation before they fined me. It would have been taken care of. I emailed more than once, they didn't supply me with answers to my questions, and then stopped responding to my emails altogether. There is no professionalism. The management company that was handling the community previously had no problems. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism and inexperience they displayed.I've sold my rental, one of the reasons is that I can't afford to pay them fines for things I'm not notified of.

This is a terrible place. Their office is incompetent. I've called for 3 days in a row with no call back. Their apartment manager has illegally kicked me out of my apartment and they will not explain why. Do Not rent from them they are common thieves.

They deserve no stars!! Horrible business to be in business. So unprofessional and if you have any high concerns you can't go above the property management, you can't speak to no one you have to email to get someone to respond to you. I just moved out and they took almost all my deposit from$2,895 they returned $805. I had the carpet washed and I spent days and hours cleaning that unit so I wouldnt loose all my deposit. I knew I wasn't getting my whole deposit back but they took my initial deposit of $700 and my pet deposit mind you all, I got rid of my pet within the 3 months I was living there.Yvette is horrible management she's always out the office and very difficult to get her in the office when you need to go in there and talk to her face to face. Every one we spoke to in the complex expressed the same complaint about Yvette. So unprofessional!! I submitted an email disputing the charges with proof attached and Yvette emailed me saying I won't here from them until 15 days from this date. I made a BBB complaint and I'm also working side by side with my lawyer. Do not move here they will screw you and it's so bad. It supposed to be a nice area but Yvette is making it look ugly. The dumpster looks so trashy and I was paying $2,695 for rent!!! I expected better than this for the rent I was paying for an apartment! The treatment should have been exceptional but no they don't give a damn as long as they have the money!

This is a very unprofessional company. They never noticed me of a special assessment that they said they mailed me. I never received it. they have my current phone number and email. They never communicated via these methods of communication of the special assessment which I would have paid as I am currently on all my HOA fees. They sent me to collections and put a lien on my property. I am disappointed with this company and will seek legal counsel on them because no one deserves to have a lien on their property if the HOA never communicated to the Owner these fees due. this company deserves a zero star. do not use them.

I'm a tenant of two years at one of R L Jensen's properties. Property management company R L Jensen will not even provide a phone # for repairs. HVAC went out today. It's Friday and a hot weekend coming up.Their "onsite manager" is not on site and her phone is not set up to take calls. All they provide is an email address for problems.Similar situation last month next door. The tenants and their furry dog sat in 110 degree weather for 3 days before someone came out in response to their request.

I'm only giving them a star because you have to get at least one. Every time I go down to their office the girl at the front deck is so rude and when I ask to speak to someone higher it's just a huge coincidence that no one is ever available. Also when I call those people are just as rude and all they keep telling me is you will get a response if you Email, like really I want to hear a human voice! Don't go down to their office because they won't let you in, like Your money isn't the reason why they are in business!!!

I've been living at a condo managed by these guys since the start of 2019. Everything had been smooth until this hot water line incident. These guys are absolutely terrible. The hot water line at our condo complex had a leak & was causing the down stairs area to become uncomfortably hot(average temp of 85 indoors during Jan & Feb). Had to call them more than once to finally get in contact with our supposed property manager "Rebecca". We were then told that they'd fix the leak and replace the tile on their dime. They then have "Nova plumbing" Come out and bust through some tile to try and find the leak, they finally did a week later. I was waiting for a follow up call from Jensen's office, turns out Nova never called Jensen & associates back to let them know they had finished their part of the job... I Shouldn't have to be the one coordinating all this, I shouldn't be DOING THEIR JOB. I finally get a hold of Rebecca after leaving several voicemails (she or anybody at that office never called me back at all) & let her know the plumbing is done. She then gets my info and says she'll "pass it on to the on-site maintenance manager & that he will get in touch with me". That conversation was on March 29 2019. A whole week went by and surprise surprise NO ONE GETS IN CONTACT WITH ME. Today, April 8 2019, i call them back and im told by some other guy that "Oh this came across my desk last week. And the board said that we aren't responsible for the tile replacement". Are you Seriously??! 1. What is the point of paying Home Owners Association If I am the one that has been coordinating and calling all parties to let them know that the other guys are done?2. Why was I told 1 thing before the start of the leak replacement & then told another thing after the job is done??! THATS NOT RIGHT. 3. I shouldn't have to call nearly everyday to get in contact with our property manager. And it's EVEN WORSE NOT TO GET A SINGLE CALL BACK. I had holes in the ground of my condo for over a week. Even now after the foundation has been replaced by plumbing the tiles have not been replaced!! It's been well over a month now since the start of this job and they now tell me that I'm responsible for the tile replacement. Absolutely ridiculous. These guys are terrible, steer clear of you can. Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews, they're "ads".

The tactic the company uses include adding an extra fee without or with very minimal notice, which will start to 'penalty' fee. Since this penalty fee will through your autobill pay, additional late fee will get tagged on.Thus, every month 'penalty' and 'late' fee will start to add up pretty fast and you will be paying least $10 more every month than on.
