Riolo Plastic Reconstructive Surgery

She's a really good surgeon! After I was in a bad accident I had a bad and ugly keloid scar and I set up a surgery with her to get it fixed or at least, less visible. She told me with time it would barely be noticed. She was right! It was a half a day. Surgery at the hospital. Very easy. I was in and out of there and Dr. Riola made it much better! She also did my breast augmentation. After over ten years they needed to be redone. They were saline before and she recommended silicone. She said they were much better for looks and she was right. The size she gave me was perfect too. The surgery was easy too. In and out. Didn't have much pain at all. It healed fast. Silicone is much better. I also earned a free Botox for getting the breast augmentation and she said it would help. It was simple and easy. The results turned out good. Up next, I had my ear piercing torn and it cut all the way through to where I couldn't wear earrings. I came up with a magical way to make it work. I used nail glue and glued them together. After a while you really get tired of nail gluing your ears to get to wear earrings. I went to Dr. Riola and she said she could easily fix them. I didn't even have to go under. She just numbed my ears and fixed them. Then they had to heal. I went in 5 months later and she pierced them. They are fixed now and I couldn't be more thankful or happier that I no longer have to nail glue my ears together. She's an incredible surgeon and really easy to work with and extremely nice. Easy to talk to too. She's confident in the work she does and earned every single star. Her staff is really nice and easy to talk to as well! She has a very nice office. It's a very nice and calm atmosphere. She has tons of great art work on the walls. Even in the bathroom. You aromatically feel welcomed from the comfort of her office and welcoming workers. Highly recommended!

I signed up for a set of treatments around March 2020 for coolsculpting and they said it would take a few months to see the results. I didn't see any visual changes and no changes in the size. I called the office March to get reimbursement for the other set of treatments and they never returned my call. The lady I spoke to said I had 2 treatments but I was only there for 1 day. I haven't been able to come back due to Covid in 2020. To this day, I've heard nothing back and still no refund for the unused treatments nor ineffective service. Very disappointed and ready to take the next legal action.

Dr Riolo is very personable with an excellent bedside manner. I went in with what to me was a difficult and embarrassing case. She always made me feel at ease. As this was my second surgery after a ruptured implant on one side and a "bottomed out" implant on the other I was nervous. She did an excellent job correcting what another facility left me with and went above and beyond to ensure excellent results. The rest of her staff was friendly and I love that they knew my name every time I walked through the door.

Dr. Kaye Riolo is amazing! Her staff and her made me comfortable and answered all my questions at the consult. I had told them the look I wanted to achieve which is a natural full C or DD, nothing too obvious to where people wouldn't automatically know I had a BA. They were very very honest on giving their opinions when I tried on sizers. They said if I went with anything bigger than 500cc I would look top heavy and I completely agreed, that's not what I wanted. I ended up with 450cc HP mentor silicone implants. I could not thank Dr. Riolo and her staff enough for everything, pre and post op. They truly care and take care of their patients as if you were family. Also I am happy with the price as I am a true believer in you get what you pay for! I truly did! LOVE my results! Thank you Dr. Riolo! :)
