I had them for the past four years they broke a part and he shut everything up. When I first called I spoke to the girl cristal she said she was going to ask the guy. Then she called me and says yes he broke but she doesn't know why they didn't do a report. So then like two weeks later an other girl called me and told me the part was over 200. I said wait a minute you guys broke it. Even crystal called me and confirmed it. The they said they will continue to service me but they were not going to service my filters. So I canceled service with them. They were supposed to finish the month and they stoped coming.

I was recommended to Reyes Pool Service by two other long-time customers. In the one year of service, I am beyond satisfied. Any time I had an issue or need to change my service dates, they have accommodated me without question. A couple months ago, when my pool timer broke which led to a high electricity bill, the owner went to my house immediately and fixed the issue. I constantly get compliments on how crystal clear my pool is. Would definitely recommend!

We have been customers for 4 years now. They have been really good finding pool issues and responding to pool issues. Today I had a concern due to my pool sweep (hadn't moved in two days)and called them. They were here in an hour to take a look. He sometimes comes a day before or after which isn't a big deal for us. I definitely recommend them.

HORRIBLE LIARS!!This company replaced our booster pump last year in November. In April of this year a fitting they installed busted and the pump ran dry effectively burning out its bearings. I called Reyes. Spoke to Cindy. Ask they come out and the fix the problem as they did the work and installed a new pump barely six months prior. To our dismay, they attempted to bill us for fixing their shoddy work and, on to of that, denied it was there work in the first place. Please. Do not use these dishonest no class people. You'll regret it !!

These guys came out to service our 90,000 gallon pool system at the drop of a hat. Extremely knowledgeable! Not only were they able to repair the issue, but they offered tips and tricks to keep our system running like a boss. They are fully efficient at sand filters, DE, and cartridge filters, in addition to pumps, water features and plumbing. They even offered tips on how to control problems that we didn't even know we had!Friendly, fast, and efficient- what more could you want????

shitty pool service my turned green they never showed up a couple of weeks the office ladies terrible communication the owner doesn't communicate

As of 08/04/23 Reyes Pool canceled my service with them due to the fact I gave them a bad review on yelp per the bookkeeper. My pool service with them was every Thursday however they did not show up to do my pool serve this last week. When I called them on Friday morning to see why they did not come out the bookkeeper/ biller stated that they made the decision to cancel my service because I gave them a bad review and the reviews hurt there business so they were canceling my service. I asked her then why wasn't I told that on Thursday Per bookkeeperbecause they just made the decision to cancel on Thursday. WW I asked to speak to owner and have owner call me but of course owner has not. I received a call from Reyes Pool HR Department on Friday. The man I spoke to said he was calling to see if we could get a resolution for the billing and get it taken care of. I advised him per the bookkeeper they canceled service already. He said he would talk to owner and bookkeeper and call me back on Friday He never called me back on Friday. I called him this morning (Monday) and left vm. The man in HR department called back and said yes you will need to get a new pool service. Beware of this company we have had other issue with this pool company.

I do not recommend this pool service company. They can never get their billing sorted out. I get bills showing I'm 4 months past due but yet they get auto paid every month. I went to my bank and have check numbers and cashed dates yet they continue to send me delinquent bills. TERRIBLE. Ricardo, shame on you for letting this happen to your otherwise successful business.

Poor pool service. Alway have to call them back out. Getting to be a hassle. Last two times the guy leaves. Pool is green before i get home. Call back. Same ole song and dance. Next week. Green. Never clean filters. Never brush. Take your money and swish some homemade contraption around. Added photos is the product of Reyes pool service.

My pool looked like it was really old and needed alot of work. All it needed was someone who knew what they were doing. After 5 years of different service, they got it right! My pool has never looked better and what I thought was plaster peeling was just ground in dirt. I cannot believe I found this guy! I am so pleased I paid the whole pool season up fromt!
