This place is pretty good! I ordered a bionico (mixed fruit, granola, sweet yogurt). The cantaloupe was under ripe aside from that very delicious! Very big portion sizes.

Got a piña Loca there last Sunday 5/1 and woke Monday sick. Didn't think much of it till my wife called me from work felling sick also. Figured it was just upset stomach until I couldn't handle the stomach pains. Went to Dr and I had food poisoning. Went to pick up food at close to their closing time. IDK not trying to hurt there business but they got us sick.

The rating is actually for the owner who is the biggest A Hole you will ever meet. He thinks he is the best thing since sliced bread. He tried to tell my friend to leave because they were sitting there eating McDonald's before buying some of their best ice cream. He got stupid and tried to make them leave and talked down to them in Spanish as if they're were second class citizens. Good ice cream but the owner is the worst.

AVOID AVOID AVOIDIt seems like the women working there care only about watching their novellas instead of helping you. I was very specific, my gf and I were gonna split the bill, and we ordered a total of 6 chamango mix. The girl who helped me asked again what I wanted and I told her a CHAMANGO MIX. I don't know how hard it was to hear me, I said it like 3 times. Then she asked me if I wanted it on a plate or in a cup and to my confusion I said cup. Because you're supposed to eat it in a cup? And that's what I thought I was getting but noooooooo...comadre over there was so distracted watching novellas on their TV they have in there that she was making me some strawberry desert. And when she made it I told her that's not what I ordered. And she told me it was and I was like no I ordered a chamango mix. Then she went to her manager I'm guessing and she came and said "I also heard you saying that you wanted that strawberry desert." I told her that I WANTED A CHAMANGO MIX how was that so hard to understand? In the end she looked irritated and said, "Next time you need to make up your mind on what you order." I told her that I did and that they need to pay better attention. I was not about to pay for something that they messed up on. Finally when it came time to paying, they charged all 6 chamango mix on one bill. I told the manager there that my gf and I were going to split it. She sighs and then tells me "You need to tell us before you order." I told her I DID, THAT WAS THE FIRST THING I TOLD YOU GUYS UPON WALKING IN. My gf was already frustrated with them so we just paid them and walked out, never to return again. It's a shame since we liked coming to this place before but now it's not the greatest. If anyone does happen to come in here just make sure it's not around 7pm because that's usually when the novellas come on and the women there get too distracted. Better yet, just make sure the TV isn't even on period cuz you never know

Ordered a biónico and the whip cream was stale almost as if it was old and left out for hours.. also got an esquite (corn) in a cup and something tasted like it has gone bad, either the cheese or the mayonnaise !! Absolutely horrible experience. If I could give 0 stars I would !

If I could give this zero stars I would.. The lady that was working was amazing great customer service but the owners are extremely disrespectful to their workers and customers. I'm very disappointed on what I saw but if you're not about great customer service and just care about the food they have okay options I got the paletas Great flavor. I hope the owner's see this and realize how their behavior impacts customer trying to support their business.

The service was bad. The employees there were rude and didn't treat the customers nicely nor respectfully. The owners should fire the two girls from today. Disgusting the way they would handle the food.

The woman who helped me today was nice, productive, and efficient. She had me out of there within ten minutes of placing my order. I ordered a chamango especial, a chamango regular, and a cocktel de fruta. Honestly I looove the ice cream here and it was one of the first places in Madera to open a store with this type of ice cream.I've never had a bad experience as far as costumer service goes. I can only speak on my experience, but I feel that the customer service given to me today was exceptional! Will be coming back for sure!

Delicious ice cream! It's a shame the customer service is so poor. Maybe I caught them on an off day?
