I was very impressed by the customer service I received yesterday. I needed to get my daughter out and I was checking out the stores in the area. I was tore up lol no makeup and dressed down. I was greeted by three different associates very nice! I will be back to shop and take my time once I get away from mommy mode lol a wide selection of items to choose from. Priced decent due to being a boutique I feel. I rarely write reviews! Looking forward to going back!

Today was my third time in and I had to leave a review after another great visit. The ladies give honest feedback and offer alternate options for outfits and Jean styles. They definitely know which styles suit your specific body type! I'm mid sized so I definitely appreciate options that fit my body type. Everything I've purchased to date washes well and is worth the prices paid for said items. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop and I appreciate the warm greetings and helpful advice.

Unsatisfactory customer service. I was gifted a necklace and received it New Year's Eve. Unfortunately the pendant part broke. Did not have my gift receipt when I went to the store to see if they knew how to fix, exchange etcFirst thing was if I had my receipt, I would get a store credit. The next response was that December 31 was the deadline for Christmas returns. Period. So no offer or option to make things right.I would not shop there. High priced items and negligible customer service.

Beautiful store! Lot of interesting things from decor,beautiful unique furniture,clothing,candles,jewelry a must try to visit! The staff is super helpful and friendly highly recommended! We need to support are local owned businesses!

This is an amazing boutique that my wife absolutely loves. Every time I need a gift for her, I don't hesitate with deciding where I'm going for it because there is always a great selection of gift ideas to choose from. Each time I have visited, the ladies working there have always greeted me immediately upon entering and took an interest in helping me find what I was looking for... and many times I had no idea what that even was! I will continue to shop there because of the outstanding customer service and can't imagine what would cause someone to have a negative experience walking through their doors.

I went in to get a candle for one of my friends, and Cindy was so helpful and friendly. I thought she was either the owner or manager because of how she carried herself by how she interacted with enthusiasm and high level of customer care! She told me that she typically works in receiving, but due to being short-staffed, she's been helping in the front. She may like to stay in receiving, but I think her customer service skills are being wasted working behind the scenes as she can draw more customers in with her amazing personality. More businesses would thrive more having employees like Cindy. I bought one of the Voluspa candles, and she was nice enough to wrap it for me. Thank you for all your help today, Cindy! Great meeting you and hope to see you again next time I come in!

I love the clothes that I bought in the fall! The gals, Sandi De Francesco, was so helpful and wonderful at putting outfits together :)

I went into the store today and got the most amazing sales associate! Her name was Natalie and she helped me find the perfect pair of jeans for my body type. This girl knows her jeans and how they are supposed to fit! While I was in the dressing room, she picked out more jeans for me and I found two but I love. Thank you Natalie your service was impeccable and your personality even better!

Sadly, something has changed at this store. I've shopped here in the past and loved the warm greetings and top-notch customer service. I always buy more than I came for and love everything. Today no one was interested in helping me and one employee walked by me twice without acknowledging me. I was the only person in the store so they were not busy. I finally walked out the door empty-handed and no one said a word. Friends have told me that the store has changed (not for the better) and today I experienced it firsthand. Such a shame.
