If I could put zero stars I would. I inquired today about a rental property where Linda called me to tell me she had loads of applications for her rentals (70 to be exact) and she could not allow me to view the property because people who turned in their application had priority. I then told her "thanks for the heads up I don't want to apply to a home that has 70 applications" she then says, well we go through applications quickly and you probably don't qualify if you don't want to apply.I laughed it off, thanked her and continued about my day. I believe she was angry I didn't bother giving her $42 cash or didn't fall for this ridiculous stunt. (70 applications and you want me to pay you to be #71? ) The comments are completely true. I'd look elsewhere when renting. It's a waste of your time

This would be my first negative review ever on Yelp and I hope this company / Linda would take this as a means to improve professionalism and customer service. After seeing all other reviews I would have assumed by now there was change but unfortunately, I felt the same rudeness / lack of professionalism by this individual.Me and my wife are relocating from the bay area and wanted to check places out during our 2 days of being at Fresno (4 hour drive). Among all the property management that I've talked to, this company / individual was the only one that I felt had very poor customer service. If this does get read by the company, some suggestions in mind:1. Clarity of instructions regarding submitting an application - Linda sounded annoyed giving instructions on how to submit an application. Her instructions vs the instructions given at the website are contradicting where she says an application can be submitted without paying the fees, the website on the other hand gives you a warning that your application will not be received unless you move on to the final step and pay the fees. 2. SELL the properties managed with improved customer service - The feeling I had when I spoke with Linda was that she didn't need our business at all. She was rude and sounded annoyed. Because of this and the need to submit an application before seeing a property, I definitely didn't feel safe giving my secured information on the application since I had ZERO confidence with this company at this point.When I finally submitted an application, I had to call if she did receive it when I didn't proceed to the final step (payment). This was a Tuesday hoping to set-up an appointment for Friday the same week, she did confirm that she got the application but did not want to set-up an appointment for Friday telling me that I have to call Thursday to set-up that appointment. Now if I paid, she would've set me up for that appointment. I was told that if someone paid submitting an application, they are the priority. Is it really hard and impossible to set-up a VIEWING appointment at that point when it's not even a guarantee you'll have the tenant when they paid for the application? This is just poor customer service. I just realized that I have wasted my time at this point.Needless to say, we are well qualified tenants with excellent credit and this company simply failed to get the chance to earn our business. As a homeowner, it is a big disappointment when I have a management company fail to get my house rented for this reason where the property wasn't even looked at.I do wish this company a good turnaround.

Really pleasant experience so far. I'm relocating from Southern California so I was eager to secure housing. Linda was great to take my calls, show the property and get minor things addressed before I signed the lease. Jeff in the office was courteous, explained the documents and responded to my questions and concerns. I can't wait to move in next weekend and feel confident that any future concerns I have will be addressed promptly. Thank you.

Based on how the owners of the property suddenly hired this business to evict us and the fact that we had to contend with this business, the owners, and occasionally the deed holder, it's very obvious to see how they got us off of the property and why they wouldn't give us a 60 days to vacate notice instead of going full blown eviction. After all ... This was my wife's family - my in laws having us evicted for retaliatory reasons, which we have documented. We also have full documentation that they were hired so they didn't have to get their hands dirty - so that we could not direct our answer in the UD process to them, instead we were being sued by this business. Seams highly questionable ethically, morally, and legally.

Linda is still not trustworthy so don't waste your time or your money, they are frauds and will only take your money. I still do not understand how this company is in business, Linda is unprofessional careless and will scam you, do not fall for there trap please don't pay to see any property if it's legit they will allow you to view it before processing any application.

Wish I would have read these reviews before I submitted applications and paid the fee all before ever being able to view the property interested in Inside. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional and condescending. Linda speaks to people as if because we rent we are uneducated and beneath her. Mind you this is all before seeing inside the property we were interested in. I have worked in an office for over 20 years and we would never speak to people this way. Her emails aren't any better, completely unprofessional, one liners, no punctuation. Overall just rude! She keeps requesting more proof of income when it's already 3x the rent. Keeps questioning what I told her as if I'm lying when its all right in front of her face. Most difficult, unprofessional place I've ever dealt with. Mo longer interested in the property because I would not want to deal with this company. Save your money and time! Don't use this place for your rental needs.

Very unprofessional realtors. I reached out to them multiple times about multiple properties they had listed only to never receive a response and find out that now the property is pending sale when we asked about it weeks ago. This is very disappointing and I'm sure you could find a better group to use as a realtor or rental management company.
