Renaissance Apartment Homes

Moved in March 2019 and my family and myself LOVE it! We have a wonderfully spacious 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom apartment home. We have a large garage with an automatic open/closer. Nice back yard area for our pup Jack (YES! They ARE pet friendly!!) and a convenient washer/dryer in our home! There is a nice large grassy area for pups or kids to be at, as well as a large clean pool, and renovated laundry rooms. The staff is always friendly and efficient. We have had only one maintenance emergency with the air conditioner going out on a very hot day. Sabrina the manager went ABOVE and BEYOND and made sure we got a portable cooler until it could be repaired. I have always received a warm reception from the office no matter the issue. We do wish there was more parking, however, I think it is not due to lack of space but more due to most people have multiple cars per household. I have never had an issue finding a spot when we really needed one though! It just may be a walk depending on where you are at. I just add that to my steps for the day! :-) If you are looking for a lovely long term place to live and call home, then give the team at The Renissance a call!

I was scheduled for a virtual tour via video call two different times by renaissance apartments and both times no one showed up to the call. After it happened the first time they rescheduled for a second time and still no one gave the tour. I was stupidly wasting my time on an empty video call, twice. I sent the management a message saying what happened and that I am no longer interested in this apartment. Now several times a day I am getting spam emails and text messages thanking me for viewing the property and offering me an application (remember- i have seen no property nor has anyone made any effort to show me one)Can't say much about the apartment itself because the front office seems to be run by bots

Where do I begin? My fiance and I had to run inside our unit while bullets were being shot inches away from us in November of 2021. Because it was considered a "random shooting" I had to pay for my car to get repaired due to it being hit with 7 bullets (my car was NOT the only car shot up either) but, do you think any of the tenants involved knew their cars got damaged or about the incident at all ? NOPE! Because the apt management team didn't tell anyone. My fiance and I had to notify our neighbors. They even claimed they contacted everyone involved and we were the main ones involved and they didnt tell us anything.Also, our very FRIENDLY emotional support dog is being evicted because some random neighbor is claiming she was "bit". Our dog sitter insisted that our pet did not bite the lady and the lady even admitted she only touched her pants.. Now.. a month after the "incident" we get a letter on our door saying we have to get rid of our dog within 5 days with NO WARNING AND NOT ENOUGH TIME TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS! WE ARE LIVID with these apartments. The apartments never called us to get our side of the story or showed us proof that this happened yet, we have to get rid of our dog? The professionalism is terrible. The office staff just gives your the run around and dodges your phone calls. Move here if you want but just know... anyone can make up anything and you have to deal with the repercussions. Oh and also, there's a chance you can be shot :)

It's in a very convenient area, close to shopping, food, grocery and liquor stores. The landscape crew keeps the complex looking green and nice. I'm really glad this place is pet friendly as well! The parking situation and laundry rooms can be frustrating due to limited space.

0 stars for this apartment complex. You will hear everything if you have a neighbor above you. You name it. Obnoxiously loud music, yelling and arguing through the complex every other day. No consideration for people with young children. Not to mention WOOD floor upstairs. You can hear every time they drag their furniture. It's something like fingernails on a chalkboard DAY TO DAY. Teenagers being able to live there with no adults, smoking weed and cigarettes STILL after the Ban on smoking in rentals 01/01/2022. I DO NOT recommend these apartments. It may look pretty online but once you settle in you will also get a sweet surprise of hard water, repainted tub that peels, molded walls, and water leakage into your closet. Not worth the headache or price. Never have I ever had such a horrible experience at an apartment like this one!

I am a former resident and could NOT wait until the lease was completed! I was under the impression that the lease was month to month and later found out that was not true. It has been nothing but trouble since my move there, starting with catalytic converters being stolen. The building across from ours caught fire within the first three days of our move. We've had multiple accounts of police being called. There was a man walking around the with a machete and all residents were advised to "stay in their units". A leak on the unit above ours caused water damage right above our shower, and decent sized portion of the ceiling had to be cut out & later that day there was roaches in the tub. I've had several issues with my mail. I have lost the DMV title to my vehicle as it was stolen from our mailbox along with several other important items and documents. Mail being held at the post office due to our mail room being broken into multiple times. Also, have have my vehicle broken into and stolen! Window replacement cost approximately 250$. Now they're stating that out of 1,100 security deposit i will receive less than 30$ back due to wear and tear charges, etc. I have been a renter for the last 8 years and this is by far the worst place I've ever been! Security deposit returns have never been an issue from any places I've rented regardless of 6 month lease versus an annual lease. For a 1BR 1BA unit that is 1,456 monthly, not including utilities such as water, sewer, and trash it's NOT WORTH it. Please spend your money elsewhere!!!! I would give them no stars if that was an option.

Be aware before moving in... management is disrespectful and not helpful. We had the worst neighbors and was not a safe environment. Left the apartment in good condition and was not given our security deposit within the 21 days... they lied and said it was sent out after one office lady said it was never sent out, then proceeded to keep having me message other people and get nowhere. Still waiting for the security deposit that they " mailed out" after messaging back and forth they said they would write me a check for my deposit and I had to come get it.. California civil code 1950.5 says that the landlord must send deposit or hand deliver it.. not me drive and go get it... They also pay people to leave good reviews with Starbucks cards.

The whole process from filling out the application, to approval, to receiving the keys was so smooth and easy. It's all online, and the application process was extremely quick. I could've moved in even sooner! It was my fault for the delay, but the unit was fixed beautifully! The staff and maintenance and even the residents here have all been so nice and welcoming. My kids and I love our new home. Thank you for making this process so smooth and easy!!!!

More like negative stars!! They pay people with gift cards to leave good reviews for them. In the 4 years I've lived here, we've had 3-4 different managers. Always someone new working in the office. Overall they are not knowledgeable and can't answer any of your questions right away. Make you wait for answers and tell you they'll call you back with information but they never do. Plus upper management that overlooks the apartments never return emails or phone calls. When it's something serious here they drag there feet and act like they don't care. Worst apartments ever!!

IF YOU VALUE THE SAFETY OF YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! You've been warned. I've lived here for over 5 years hoping for a change. 2 different management companies and nothing has changed. Car break ins are extremely regular. Assaults on the property and robberies are extremely regular. They don't care they will break into your car even if it's parked right in front of your apartment in broad daylight. They'll tell you that "crime is everywhere in Fresno" and to get used to it. I have security cameras recording on my balcony and they always capture crazy things I could probably make a TV show out of it. The other month they mugged an older lady for her purse in broad daylight all caught on my camera. The staff is rude and incompetent at best. Security is useless and pretty much doesn't exist. Even with a gun you won't sleep comfortably around hereSabrina is incompetent and shouldn't manage a McDonalds let alone an entire apartment complex. There's a reason none of the managers or office workers live here - they know it's garbage Tons of people selling and smoking and snorting various drugs from cocaine to meth and everything in between Not a family friendly community
