If you want to waste your life come here. My appt was scheduled at 130pm. It is currently 4pm. I am still waiting to be seen by a doctor. I have to scramble to find someone to get my daughter from school. Not one person has stopped to explain to me the delay or what is going on.. I am beyond pissed off. This is a workmen's comp. Issue, otherwise I would have left already. This office is ridiculous!!!! Do not come here!!!! Inconsiderate!! & they have the nerve to ask the patients to leave a review! Wow

Do not go here. Go to SPOC. This is a FACTORY, only interested in billable procedures. NO communication from staff about wait times (I starved for 26 hours without food or drink according to their instructions; was almost delerious at surgery time which was FIVE HOURS after the time I was told to arrive). NO ONE came and talked to me. My throat was damaged during the procedure by someone putting a suction device and jamming an oral airway in. I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT I COULD HAVE HAD LOCAL ANESTHESIA INSTEAD OF TWILIGHT SEDATION!!!!!!!!!!! I had a blood blister in the back of my thoat for days and severe postop pain and complications with the hand. I called MULTIPLE TIMES with NO CALL BACKS! Was treated rudely when I retruned to have stitches out. I cancelled my follow ups and surgery on the other hand. When I called to tell them, they didn't ask why, just said "ok." Apparently, there are NO process improvement, quality assurance or patient satisfaction programs in place. The patient experience here is ABYSMAL. But the $30,000 sculpture in the lobby is nice. Again, THIS IS A FACTORY, ONLY INTERESTED IN BILLABLE MEDICAL PROCEDURES WITH ZERO CONCERN ABOUT INDIVIDUAL PATIENTS, THEIR NEEDS OR THEIR EXPERIENCE. DO NOT GO HERE. GO TO SPOC

This review is specifically for Erica. She is phenomenal in assisting her clients. I needed to schedule a CT Scan and the imaging center would not assist me. She contacted them and was able to get my appointment schedule while I was on the phone. Every time I have had interactions with her, she has been great. If you have the pleasure of interacting with her, you wont be disappointed.

Today on March 11th I walked into the Regional Hand Center in Fresno California, and was greeted with such wonderful smiles from the girls at the front desk. I love coming to this office. They have great staff and Dr Galli is amazing. Always worth the wait. He always takes his time which is something you don't find anymore. I rather wait and know I'm being treated by the best and a Dr that takes his time and loves his patients. Thank you to everyone for being so good and making your patience feel special . My hand hand has healed very well. Thank you, Dr. Galli!!!!!

Appt at 3pm. Arrived on time. Paperwork took 5 minutes to do. IV started and local anesthesia given. And the waiting game begin. After 2.5 hours of waiting, read their reviews and Scheduling is definitely a big issue here that they cannot seem to resolve. Not enough doctors, yet overbook and take walk-ins. Terrible!Ask a staff for a status and the reply was, it's hard to tell when you'll be seen because it's surgery. Well, if the doctor had that many cases or is stuck in a case, why administrator the local anesthesia 2 hours ago? Staff said don't worry, when they take you back, they'll check again and give more if needed. On the phone, they tell you the appt time and say procedure is 45 minute. They forget to tell you that the wait time is 3+ hrs. Finally went to the back at 6:15pm.

I want to thank Dr. Avena and his awesome staff for the level of care and attention given to me since the moment I first arrived. First time breaking a bone so naturally I was worried and had a lot of questions and anxiety, but the staff in particular PA Ileana made me feel very at ease and took my worries away. I had surgery the same day I visited their office which showed me how much they care. I always look forward to my follow up appointments to see the great staff who make you feel very welcomed. I hope I never break a bone again, but if I do, I'll be coming back to Regional Hand Center.

The staff in both sides of this Center have been amazing. Kind, caring, professional, lots of smiles and great eye contact. Gave me confidence they were going to take good care of my son. And that's exactly what they did. I do have to say that while the wait may be longer than expected, I appreciate that they take their time with EVERY patient to ensure the job is done right. I did not mind waiting but I went in expecting a wait and realizing their reputation for excellence is the reason for such a high volume of patients. I recommend everyone that chooses to come here for the outstanding medical staff should try to understand and expect that. Thank you Regional Hand Center!

I smashed and lacerated the tip of one of my fingers. I was initially treated at a local hospital Emergency Room and was referred to Regional Hand Center late in the afternoon. I arrived at approx. 5 PM. I felt the odds of actually being treated that late in the day was minimal. To my surprise I was taken to an examining room, x-rayed and evaluated. I was advised of the diagnosis and told I needed wires to repair the broken tip of my finger and a graft to repair the finger pad. I was sure I was going to receive an appointment for another day. Nope, the doctor advised me it would be repaired that night, in about an hour and a half. She also numbed my finger. I was escorted to, and waited for a short time, in the Surgical Waiting Room before being moved to the back and prepped. I was provided a recliner, a TV (with subscription channels) and offered drinks and a snack. After being prepped for the surgery my wife was also allowed to join me. I was escorted to the surgical room at approx 9PM. The prep nurse seated my wife, who was exhausted after such a long day) in the recliner, covered her in a heated sheet and also offered her snacks and a drink. In the surgical room I was advised of the procedure. The surgery last about an hour. During the procedure I was repeatedly asked if I was okay. The surgical team conversed and bantered harmlessly back and forth. It was actually entertaining to hear how well they got along, but remained very professional. I returned for a follow-up appointments in two weeks and six weeks after the injury. Two months after the injury I returned to have the wires, that held the tip of my finger's bone together. The wires were removed surgically without incident.During all of my contact with any employee of the Regional Hand Center I was treated with kindness and compassion. Waiting times were minimal. The facility is run very professionally and is kept impeccably clean (as it should). In closing, I can't say enough about the staff and facility. The repair on my finger is excellent. Everyone I have come into contact with is stellar. Their personalities and interaction with me were way above any expectations. Thank you Regional Hand Center.
