They had laborers come at wee hours of the morning to break concrete and totally destroy lawn in front of my home and wake me
my little brother being picked up by EMT twice back to back due to mold in his chest, pneumonia, & RSV.
No working heater
as you can see there's clearly MOLD which has been confirmed by code enforcement, regency denied its mold & said its "mildew".

As a homeowner and working the my HOA manager, I have to give an A+ and 10/10. However, as a renter and person looking for property for my 78 year old mother where I will still be Primary person taking care of the financial piece and caretaker 75% of the time, 2/10... D-.Completed the application, paid the fees, but then I have to call and email to find out what was going on with my application. Didn't receive and update and when I did reach out about renting and the application, the comment was we don't have anything for them to realize that I have two separate accounts that I mentioned in the beginning. The process to rent shouldn't be this difficult for anyone looking for a home or place to move into. There's a way to be more efficient and effective in how things are being done. Figure it out soon. My property manager is great... the office needs work.

I wanted to update my review. After 2+ years of little to no contact from Regency regarding any issues we had with our building and Management. Mr. Brad Hardie has been more than helpful with recent and past issues. My family and I are very thankful for Mr. Hardie and the abundance of support.

Do not rent with this company. Me and my family we live here for over 3 years. We constantly have to remind to come fix something cause they wouldn't come at all. The heater and ac don't even work ! My family have to buy our own heater during the winter and our own AC during the summer to keep us cool and warm! The kitchen wood was moly ! Like really moly and they wouldn't fix it until we send the state inspection to come check it out and it wasn't save so they finally fix it with cheap paint on top of it to cover the mold after 3 years . We constantly have to take picture and videos of what day we turn in our checks for rent to have proof that we turn it in on time cause they will purposely charge us late fee every time for no reason when we turn it in on time ! When they do send people out to fix stuff , they people are rude and do a shitty job ! They didn't come to fix anything but break it even more. The picture of the sink is when they come cover the mold around the sink but end up breaking the sink wall so they glue it back on. They fix the shower head and water was leaking out of it , spraying it to the wall instead which you can clearly see in the picture so my dad fix it himself . When we first move in we check out the back of the garage and there was LOTS of dog poop that wasn't clean up from whoever live there before us which was disgusting! Everything about the house was in bad condition. It wasn't safe to live in. We got inspection to come in and they found out we have lead poisoning in the house, mold in a lots of places , and weird stuff in the water we shower. The papers were sent to Regency's to fix it and when they did fix it was cheap work and evacuated us out cause apparently " we were asking for too much" . They were just lazy and cheap! Don't rent with this company!

I called to inquire about property management and spoke to Gladys. She answered all my questions and explained the process starting from day 1 of signing a contract with Regency. I am excited to sign up with Regency after calling around to a few management companies for the last few days, and have been getting the runaround or the person I speak to can not answer my questions.

I'm extremely uppset The ladies it the front office are very demeaning and made me feel like I was nothing. They weren't friendly or welcoming. I placed mine and my sons applications with Anna whom i believed would be processing my application. But when i would call about it she would transfer me to a different person and nobody would answer . I left several messages and got no response. So i finally paid to see my own experion credit information to make sure there werent any negative collections or anything due. And i found i did in fact have an unpaid medical bill. So i went ahead and called the collectors and paid it . I called to tell them that i was unaware and had taken care of it and they then told me i had been denied due to that one collection debt. So i asked that they reconsider because i was unaware and was now in good standing with the collectors. And they said they would transfer me to the lady who processed it moddy. Well she never amswered. The next time i called they told me the processing agent was iaida and transfered me again with no answer. I then asked if i could possibly speak to brad whom my sister has known and befriended for some time now. And they scoffed and said let me see he's never really hear. Then came back after 5 mins to tell me they would transfer me to his assistant. And once again she did not pick up either. And still nobody called me back. Today when I called instead of picking up and transferring me the phone rang and rang someone would pick up and put it back to the automotive answering saying someone would pick up soon. And then someone picked up didn't say anything and transfered me through to a random desk where I was supposed to leave a message but the vm was full. Figures! They did however answer when I called from my husband's number only to tell me they would take down my info and let someone know. Ughhh I'm so frustrated and sad I feel like giving up.

I love how regency help me get a apt fast and easy if it wasn't for them helping me i would probably be in the streets but i am glad i came across them thanks for everything REGENCY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!!
