Nice place, good food, and great customer service. Wow, I have to keep writing 35 characters more in order to post this review, LOL.

I was here for a live concert. It's quite a beautiful venue and well-kept. The ballroom was a perfect size for all types of occasions including weddings and small gatherings. The large lobby gives you extra space for a breather or to have a conversation with friends. The bathrooms are clean for the most part. I look forward to booking this venue for future events.

This place WAS very nice and elegant, but it seems like the quality is going down!! Ever since they opened it seems like Mountain dew is the only soda they have (side note it doesn't even taste like Mountain Dew )...the last event I went to the bathrooms were not clean. And the murals on the wall are tacky with the little Vespa!! I'm not sure if there's a change in management but I'm not impressed anymore!! Consistency is key and unfortunately this place is lacking!!

This venue looks amazing, service is excellent ACs work not like other places where they try to cut conners. Came here to dj few event under the new ownership, there amazing very clean recommend this place for any small or big event up to 1000 people. Lots of parking and close to highway.

It was a nice venue for my coaches wedding! The staff there was friendly and professional.

It's very beautiful you have to visit for any occasions like bday or wedding reception they have big hall capacity 600 people and small hall capacity 200 peoples Lobby is awesome so I like this place

What an amazing space. Went there to book the small hall for a office party and saw such a spectacular hall. The pictures don't do this place justice. The large hall was amazing haven't seen anything this big in Fresno. The grand entrance to the event center is the one of the best parts of the place. The the manager at the location was very helpful and explained all the charges and cost in details with no hidden surprises. I'm looking forward to hosting more events at the location.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could and it's sad because we did not even book an event here at this venue....THANK GOD! Marylou was such a wonderful venue booker to talk to, however, one of the owners was so disrespectful and rude. When asked simple questions he became frustrated, he threw down a pen on the table and walked away. He definitely needs to work on communicating in a professional manner. Would not recommend at all, goodluck to those who are interested in the venue!

Don't rent this place. If I could give a zero, I would. Horrible management and they don't honor contracts. We had a party for our parents and and it was disastrous due to poor management. The hall and restrooms were dirty the day of the event. Obviously they don't care about their customers. Once they get your money they are pretty much done with you. Do yourself a favor and rent another place. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience ever !!!!
