Redjuvenate

I went to Redjuvinate this past weekend and I absolutely loved it. Kim makes it easy when explaining how the experience works. She walked me back to the rooms, which are clean and welcoming. The instructions of how to use the equipment is on the wall of the room in case you forget when she explains the experience. You have the choice of 4 different color therapies to choose from. I chose 2 colors and felt wonderful afterwards. She does explain that you do need to go more often to feel the effects, but it felt good right away, which is a plus. All said, I will definitely be back.
