Went with a group of 7 and we had such a great time. Our server Alejandra gave us exceptional service and was consistently checking in to see if we needed anything. All our food came out really quick and was hot. The wings were good considering they're known for their hamburgers. Everyone in our party enjoyed their items which included 2 hamburgers, mozzarella sticks, the plate of ribs, and 2 kids hamburger meals. There is plenty of parking in the shopping center and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a casual dinner. They also give the kids balloons when they go which is great.

It's been a few years since I have updated RR. Came here on a Friday night around 6:30 pm and I was surprised that the we were sat down immediately. We had dinner already but wanted to come somewhere for dessert to celebrate my son's birthday. We ordered the dough-nut tower and 2 mud pies. Our waiter was very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Our food was prepared quickly. Those doughnuts are a must try. They taste homemade, fresh, pillowy-soft and feel like they just came out of the fryer. I also checked out the bathroom and it was really clean.

I will not be surprised if this place isn't open much longer and it has nothing to do with the food or service. We decided to come to this location because I didn't want to deal with the river park traffic at 4:30 on a Friday. Big mistake. I could smell the old dirty carpet as soon as we walked in and that should have been our first clue to leave. We were greeted by our friendly waitress. She explained she was new, couldn't tell because she was great. We ordered the whiskey River bbq burger (my go to here), Cobb salad because the menu pic looked good, and my daughter's regular order of guacamole burger no tomatoes no bacon and sub Swiss for jalapeño Jack cheese and strawberry lemonade and a beer. I noticed after my husband ordered his tall beer that they have happy hour with regular sized craft drafts at only $6. Oh well, he should have paid attention hahaWhile we waited for our food, I went to wash my hands. As I approached the bathrooms, it smelled strongly of vomit. Yuck. Thankfully the bathroom didn't. But it was pretty dirty, fixtures and dispensers have obviously not been cleaned in forever. At least the toilet seemed ok to use. For a second I thought they were out of toilet paper but there was a bit left on the second roll. I bring this up because RR is a large chain restaurant, why does it smell so gross??When our food arrived my daughter's burger was all wrong. I wanted her to just take the tomato and bacon out herself because I knew if we went it back, it would take a while but the cheese was also wrong so she sent it back. They explained later that another server grabbed her burger by mistake, so no fault to our server or the cook. A manager had brought out our food and she was very apologetic and insistent that they fix the burger. That was fine but by the time her correct burger arrived, we were done eating. They comped the burger so that was also nice. Taste-wise the food was good as you expect from RR - except the salad - they just don't make good salads at RR. Also, because the place was smelly and the bathrooms (my husband also used the men's room), were skeptical about eating. Another plus was my RR rewards offered a free dessert. We took a slice of freckled lemonade cake home and shared it later. It was just ok. I wouldn't have wanted to spend the $8 or $9 it usually costs but free, it was ok. I will NOT be returning to this location although I appreciated the good customer service. I debated 3 stars but the smell of the place really ruined my meal, I couldn't wait to leave.

This is my family and i's first time coming to Red Robin. The service was excellent, very welcoming and attentive. We let our waitress Alejandra (she was awesome), know it was our first time and walked us through the menu, even the manager stopped by our table and welcomed us brought us complimentary fries. Despite a heavy advertising campaign for unlimited sides and expanding that limitless flow of goodness to every possible item, after 60 minutes of waiting, I never even got a second helping of fries. On top of that, the original side was a mere fraction of what could be considered a pitiful portion. We sat down at our table and were served drinks within a few minutes. It was a good start. After ordering a burger and fries, we waited over 30 minutes for our meal to arrive. I immediately ordered a second serving of fries. 30 minutes after I finished my plate, still no fries. Server said he'd check on them 3 times. Additionally, I ordered m burger with no onions. You guessed it. It came with onions. The manager gave us a coupon for a free appetizer on our next visit. I'm not sure what year that will be. It took me 8 months to come back after they forgot the fondue on my fondue burger and it went cold waiting 10 minutes for the waiter to bring it out. The only decent part of the experience was sipping my drink and watching the game on the many tv's visible from every angle of the seating area. In essence, corporate doesn't seem to realize the problem with this chain is the employees that don't care about the customers they are serving. not the unlimited gimmicks.

Have been to every Red Robin in the Fresno/Clovis area. Most recent visit was in June to celebrate a family birthday. We were a big group! They really went above and beyone to accomodate us and set up a long row of tables for us to all sit together. Very friendly and consisent service over the course of our meal. I recommend this location for a big group. Not too long of a wait either. The whole restaurant was clean and well organized. Everyone enjoyed their burgers. Thank you for a fun family outing!

never come here ever!!!! worst customer service!!! my sister and cousin didn't get their food until the very end. my sisters food took so long to get here she had to take it to go, and they still took forever to bring her burger. my cousin didn't get her fries that she ordered and the waitresses ignored us! please don't waste your time here and go to chili's instead! it took them 45 minutes to bring us steamed broccoli and fries!!!!! please just don't come here!
