I celebrated my husbands birthday here, a few months ago and had a wonderful experience. Andrew our host, he was very attentive and helpful in all areas. The food and birthday cake were excellent. I highly recommend and we will definitely have a party here again.

What a wonderful event venue and more! We were thrilled to use this locally owned family operated business for a celebration/gathering. They took care of everything and had a wonderful staff along with fantastic communication. The tables were beautiful and the food delicious. A nice discovery was the morning coffee and pastries. I recommend the brown sugar oatmeal latte!

I was so disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I heard so many good things about this place. Our server was sweet. Our coffee didn't even smell like coffee, it was extremely watered down. I ordered crepés and they brought them over to me and told me there were no strawberries and the crepés had no filling. I had to ask them to warm them up. We also ordered French toast and it was previously frozen and still cold. I wanted pineapple mimosas and they brought us orange mimosas. Then the waitress said they made a fresh pot of coffee that was a little stronger and brought us fresh coffee. This time, still very watered down, but at least is smelled like coffee. We paid and tipped our server, drove to Starbucks for coffee and croissants. Even though it's beautiful inside, I do NOT recommend this restaurant.

Honestly, save your money and find another Italian place in the area. We came here on a Sunday, so paid dinner prices as it was a weekend. We got chicken parm ($~16), fettuccine Alfredo (~$16), and spaghetti with Alfredo and sausage (~$19). Spaghetti sauce change cost +$2.50 and +$2.50 for sausage...The sauce is WATERED DOWN. No taste, no flavor, which is crazy since they drowned all the pasta dishes with sauce. They claim that their sauce is homemade, but store bought has more flavor than this. The chicken in the chicken parm was so tiny and extremely peppery. You expect more, especially with weekend pricing. Seasoning on that was uneven, and "side veggies" were sad. Pasta had no flavor. Other dishes in my group were watered down too. There weren't a lot of people here. Parking easy and not a busy plaza. Dim lighting inside and random Italian music plays inside. They try to be fancy-looking but it's confusing as they use coca-cola glasses, butter strips, and inconsistent cheap napkins.Waitstaff was very nice at least, and accommodating. Only one waiter today for lunch, but there weren't much people anyways. Overall, I wouldn't come back

Ravellos was the best place to host my party of 75, the room with the window view of M St. was breath taking. Our events managers Emily was a rockstar she was so nice and caring she even went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thank you Emily!!!! We had a private bartender named Joey, he was very skilled at he's mixed drinks making them instantly and they were delicious! Joey was also very helpful changing out the trash 3-4 times while we were there. We had 2 different live bands. I thought the event upstairs would hear them and be disturbed but they could not hear anything. Thanks again Emily and Joey.

I wish I could give zero stars, husband and I decided to try this place out after having a long day in this nice town Merced, I tried posole, first everything was amazing I got a hair on it, decided not to make a big deal about it , but it I really got disguised I still eat it , our server was ok she didn't really check on us constantly and we needed napkins had to grab some from my purse , if you ask me if I would go back , I would say No. This place needs a lot to grow , it's a nice restaurant for the type of food and service they provide . I would invest in a good chef and train employees better.

My sister had her wedding here on September 16,2023. The decoration was beautiful, and the bartenders working that night were wonderful. The service we got from the wedding corridnator Emily was ok. To start off we paid for 215 guest to get served, but by the time it was table eights turn to get served our guest had to wait 10 minutes because there wasn't enough made, on top of that they didn't have enough food and were scraping the sides of the pans. We paid $21.50 a plate, 20 people didn't even show, and we were already running out of food, that's not right. What happened to the rest? A few of my guest were racially profiled, we are a Mexican family and one of our tios has a heavy accent he was trying to ask one of the servers a question and she was being so rude but when my mom talked to her, her voice changed completely. Another issue is that we paid a pretty penny for the champagne toast. Apparently they had an issue with staffing and Emily was the only one working so it took over 2 hours to get our champagne out so by the time all the guest recieved it, the bride and grooms champagne was warm. The lack of staffing caused a lot of issues. We have been contacting Emily, but my sister is getting no response back. We waited over a month to hear from them.

I tried not being biased based off the previous reviews But after coming here for brunch, boy am I glad I came. Baked Egg Soufflé was just amazing ! The combination of the eggs, potatoes and cheese sauce left me speechless! I would definitely come back from LA for this place on a Sunday !
