I try to stay away from fast foods but this is one I actually like lol... the fries are well seasoned and the burgers are good too! I used to eat at the kings canyon location a lot for lunch since it was down the st from where I worked.. They even have a cheap deal menu.. my bf got a brisket bosswich from here and he liked it. We also redeemed a free big Buford coupon for signing up for the texts. I really only signed up to get it cos it was convenient lol.. I like the two way drive through and you can even walk up to order outside. They don't have indoor seating, just outside. I used to get the cheesecake ice cream things they had but don't think they carry it anymore. Those was good...

We liked our brisket sandwich so much, we decided to order it again. This time we bought the Bosswhich ($8.79) for each of us. There are several choices depending on how much meat you want. The price can go up to over $10.00. We ordered our brisket sandwich without cheese and mayonnaise. The sandwich has a beef patty with brisket on top, onion, pickle and barbecue sauce. My sandwich needed more bbq sauce. It was good but very expensive! I am not a big beef aficionado. We did not order fries because they tend to be too greasy. Overall, a good but expensive meal.

I love going out to eat here. The food is great and I love the little ice cream that I get from there. I don't use ketchup on the fries though I use French onion dip. That puts the flavor over the top, but hold the kisses until after I brush my teeth please.

For a quick and tasty bite, Rally's is where it's at. They have 2 drive thrus and 1 walk-up window. We usually go to the walk-up window and get fast service. Customer service is always hit or miss. I find customer service is better in the drive thru than the walk-up window. The fries here are iconic, and you can never go to a Rally's and NOT get their fries. You gotta get them. Perfectly seasoned and fried every time. I ended up getting a fish sandwich this last time to try it out, and I probably won't end up getting that again. The fish fillet was overly fishy, hardly any sauce, small, and very dry. It's not worth the price I paid. Other than the fish sandwich, though, their burgers are super yummy and decently priced. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or your next meal, Rally's has it all.

Did you know that if you didn't like a menu item you have no option to return it and get something else? According to the manager, Armando, you cannot pay for food and decide you don't like it and bring it back. When I buy chicken nuggets or chicken bites I would like it to be real chicken and not pressed chicken. I expressed this to him and he told me that I couldn't exchange it nor return it once I buy something and if I don't like it I just have to live with it. I asked for his name and he told me it was Armando. I highly recommend not visiting this place and not ordering the chicken bites.

I had a burger and spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. The burger was alright but nothing special. Kind of bland actually. The spicy chicken wasn't much bigger than a chicken nugget elsewhere and wasn't the least bit spicy. Their fries are the only redeeming item on their menu but this is where my son wanted to go tonight. God only knows why. It is dreadful and WAY overpriced for what you get. I did get a good laugh at the AI for the menu ordering. It was so robotic and awkward I was almost embarrassed for them. LOL

Horrible customer service, they had our food for idk how long while we were there for 30 mins waiting. They even said we forgot and giving us out food we asked for two honey mustards and the guy so sorry only one, never once did I have that problem and as I was asking him a question he shut the sliding door on us. This was on Tuesday night at 9:30pm and it was a black man... extremely rude. If you're going to work customer service you need to be a douche bag. It's your job and you get paid to work there... me and my friends go there pretty often usually spending between 60-80$ together... never seen this employee before, but definitely not going back...
