I stopped here on Friday with a friend at 8:30pm. We ordered 2 Baconzilla's and a fry. We got up to the window and she thought we only wanted one Baconzilla and that was it. I mean, not the end of the world there. She didn't seem too upset but did seem slightly irritated. The second sandwich and the fry were up within minutes which I appreciated. I got home & the Baconzilla was delicious, so I wanted to say thanks!

The dude and I come here periodically as I love Rally's food. I don't come here like I use to since my weight loss journey. I really can't have these foods regularly! So when I do come it is truly a treat!This is probably THEE only fast food joint that gets my order right consistently like 95% right of the time. Which keeps me loyal. I am very picky about my food especially since I'm paying for it (well according to the dude he does but you get my point!) I can be picky. Like if I request no mayonnaise on my sandwich- guess what I expect no mayonnaise like NONE. That stuff is gross and unnecessary calories I don't on top of something already unhealthy and greasy.Rally's legit has never gave me a sandwich with mayonnaise when I requested none, so that is an automatic 5 stars. Now I will say, I LOVE adding cheese and bacon to my spicy chicken sandwich with no mayonnaise of course and guess what sometimes they forget the bacon or cheese. Not a big deal although it is an extra fee to add it but I'm happy it doesn't have mayonnaise on it that is how I think of it!The spicy chicken sandwiches with my customizations is so delicious- I seriously turned my close circle (my family) on to it! The meat is always well seasoned with a nice managed spice to it so flavorful and crunchy then with the lettuce, cheese and bacon makes my Princess Belly happy! Add some ketchup to the bottom bun and you have a perfect Princess Fried meal that will keep me satisfied so yummy!The second best part is the fries! The fries at this location are always hot, flavorful and crispy! And shall I say piping hot again! You can't go wrong with the fries! Plus dipping them in cold ketchup to cool down the fries is delicious. The dude loves the fries and sandwiches too so it is perfect for us.The milkshakes are delicious and I love the banana milkshakes as they are super tasty. I haven't got one at this location and hoping to get one to try it here one day.The staff is very friendly and produces the food so quick!!! They wear masks and never had any bad experiences. Definitely will be coming back when I have the craving for Princess fast food!

I wish I could leave ZERO stars. We had to repeat our order 2 times. When we received the order it was wrong also smashed. The guy working with Jayla on 03/10/2023 at 7:55pm handed us our food out the window barely had the window open and wouldn't even look at us just held it out the window until we took it. We got the wrong drinks, which on the ticket you can see was rung in wrong and they still put Mayo on my sandwich when we asked them not to. We will never return and I will make a point to tell people how horrible the service was at this location.

Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. It looked like someone sat on it, bun was smashed flat. Terrible food, fries were greasy and they're stingy with the food. Don't waste your money, go eat somewhere else.

The employees were too concerned with finishing their conversation to properly serve us. With each interaction, taking & returning our card, handing us the food the window was slammed shut each time. After handing out our food, before I was able to ask for any type of condiments for my xl fries, the cashier again shut the window hard & walked away continuing to talk not acknowledging that I was trying to get his attention. I would not recommend this location.
