Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

This location was actually pretty good, not sure how the cleanliness is inside since we did drive thru. The service was fast and helpful. The food came out hot and fresh, the chicken tenders were nice and juicy, the fries were perfect, the coleslaw was actually pretty good too not too watery which I don't like and the toast was pillowy soft great for making a sandwich with.

One of my combos chicken came with an extra side of deep fried plastic. Luckily I saw it before my 6 year old took the next bite. Maybe the packaging the chicken comes in? Unsure but definitely unsanitary and unsafe.

Glad I won't have to drive all the way to north Fresno to get some Raising Cane's, and that they are investing in Southeast Fresno. The location has two drive-thru lanes and a pretty big dining area. There is also plenty of parking. Food wise I wish they had more sauce options but the food is great. The service was also friendly. However, there are a few wrinkles they can work out, which includes how their Dr. pepper tasted like it had no sugar or syrup. Then, one of the chicken tenders I received hardly had any batter on it and came off while eating it. Other than that, I had a positive experience here and am glad they are in the area. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and the bathrooms were clean.

They skimped 2/3 orders of fries, never going back and I ordered a tailgates 25 chicken fingers

First of all, I don't understand why this location has 2 stars. I went recently and had a great experience! The food was cooked well and fries seasoned perfectly, and the service was great! We got the chance to talk to a manager (her name was Alex) she was super cool and she was playing some dope music while we were there. So glad I don't have to drive all the way to the Clovis / Riverpark location when we have the best one on this side!

Y'all chicken fingers is too damn small it's not even big enough to fill you up. The fries were stale they didn't even looked cooked right and too salty. The girl taking my order very unprofessional she was having a whole conversation with someone else while I was waiting to order and I asked for two extra sauces couldn't even get them. So much staff and can't even do your job right very disappointed.

the person taking my order was extremely slow and at one point started talking to her self. On top of that they gave me the size of half chicken strips and about 10 fries. Are you kidding me! I also asked for hot sauce and ketchup and when I got home they didn't put neither like why ask me if I wanted some in the first place if you aren't going to put it in the bag.

Ordered a Canical Meal (6 pc strips) and kids meal. It wasn't even busy. Yet, i get home. Open my bag and look to find no texas toast. Pathetic. like 12 people on staff. No one can get texas toast in the meal?
