Raceway Express Car Wash

Had a wonderful experience with the staff they added some add ons which is wonderful you get a car wipe and some additional air freshener. My car didn't get off all the bugs so they let me go through again really appreciate their service.

I come to this place almost every week. They have the special where you pay only 9.99 a month and you get unlimited washes. It is a fast way and comfortable way to wash my car. Very cheap too. They have the vacuums there too For you to clean the inside. It is not as a professional but when you are always in a hurry this is a great thing to do.

Took 2 of my vehicles to the Clovis, Ca. location in the early morning of February 26th, 2022. Once I was done running errands and returned home I looked at my hood and windshield on one of my daily driver and noticed the was job was horrible! You can clearly see the brush marks on the front and back of my hood but completely missed the middle. The windshield was a disaster as well.What a waste of $14.00.I used to come here quite often as I own multiple vehicles and the washes were always satisfactory! This was terrible. I will NEVER return!!!

Excellent wash does a very good job with the dryers on the car vacuums are well-maintained and the air nozzles work very well highly recommend

I pay the monthly unlimited winner's car wash and I normally go to the south east location but since I moved this location is closer to home. Definity miss the service from the other location. This location doesn't provide a bag with the wipes, towel and air freshener like the other location for members. I've gone here a few times and I've never gotten anything. They don't pre-brush the cars anymore and even with the pre-spray it's not washed as well.

My experience has been wonderful each time I come to the Milburn location. (6623 N Milburn Ave) I received great customer service from Samantha and Kevin. Great teamwork!! Place was clean, vacuums work great, clean wash clothes on hand for your use. Awesome work!!

I just washed my car here and noticed many scratches on the sides and mostly on the back of my car. (See photos) They look like swirl marks, but they are indeed scratches. I didn't want to cause a commotion, so I just informed the supervisor on duty. I own a black car, so it's noticeable. If anyone else has experienced this or has the same marks from this place, please let them know. I left my number for the supervisor because I know it won't just be my car that will receive this damage. The supervisor didn't believe me, I did not even ask for anything like damage repair or anything. I asked him nicely to give me a call when someone else's car gets damaged so that I can get an apology, those are free. I can say that I've never had this issue with this place, so hopefully, they will fix it.

Paid for the top wash and wasn't getting any soap. My guess is their machine wasn't working properly? Needs maintenance I supposed. Will never go back.

I was offered a promotion for 12 dollars but when I got my statement they deducted 19.95. Not happy and will cancel.

I keep my car in the garage at home, so it's generally pretty clean. However, since I was between appointments, I decided to make a quick stop at Raceway Express Car Wash in Clovis. I wasn't planning to spend much, but the employee working the payment area talked me into purchasing their new ceramic shield wash. I asked if it included cleaning my wheels and tires after the wash and was told yes. I ended up going through the wash twice, because the first wash didn't remove the bugs from my windshield or the front grill. Sadly, the undercarriage and mud flaps were still dirty even after the second wash.After I dried and vacuumed the car, I told the employee that I was ready for him to clean the wheels and tires. He walked over with a big black mop and swiped it around the tires. That's it. No spray, no cleaner, nothing. When I reminded him about cleaning the wheels, he stated they didn't do that. Umm, that's not what you said earlier when I agreed to buy the higher priced wash. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to argue that point. So, after two runs through the carwash, the car still wasn't completely clean. I should have requested a refund. The guy even had the nerve to try and sell me an unlimited membership! Nope! Any future washes will be at the Surf Thru Car Wash right down the street.
