What an exceptional body shop I was in a "small" fender bender . I came to R&G because I heard such great reviews on this shop . They placed me in a rental car and got me back on the road. They kept me updated through a cool text with what stage my car was in so I didn't half to worry about how long it was gonna take . Within two weeks my car was finished and back on the road better than new. They treated me with respect and kindness . They definitely know what "customer service" is all about I've been to other body shops in the past such as Quality paint and body and Alex's paint and body and my experience was not as exceptional as I received here . I will refer everyone to R&G for there body work needs . They work with every insurance company so it makes it a lot easier to work with . Thank you R&G for everything you did for me ... R and G paint did an amazing job when our truck got in an accident. They took care of everything and made the whole transaction flawless for us. The shop is impeccable, they have great customer service and their work is awesome! I am very impressed and I would HIGHLY recommend this shop!!!

The initial service was good. The job was a several thousand dollar job. I was quoted very low and had an issue with the staff getting me the quote documented. R&G also guaranteed their work, but took that guarantee away once the job was complete and they were paid. Long story short, I ended up with a poorly fixed driver side door, I payed lot more than was agreed on, they cut corners on the work to save them money, and the job took a lot longer than originally agreed on. Overall, they have poor customer service and the service was unprofessional at times. I wouldn't recommend R&G for any big job, nor would I do business with R&G again.

Wow!!! R&G is awesome! It has been quite a while since we received such good service. My husband was looking for someone to paint my car, as it was oxidizing. R&G went above and beyond our expectations. I am extremely happy with the work done. The staff is friendly and professional. The work is excellent and the price is affordable. I would recommend R&G to anyone who needs work done.
