I was hoping I wouldn't have to leave this review but I feel that others should know. I had contacted Quality Home Services to install 10 Solar Panels to my existing SunPower system. I was assured by the sales team that the solar panels would be flush against the current solar panels so it looks seamless. Once I agreed and signed the contract the installers came out to install the panels however when they told me they were finished and I checked, I noticed that they had installed the incorrect brackets so the new panels were at least 3 to 4 inches higher then the system I already had which is not what we agreed upon. After going back and forth with customer service and the the manager Stephen Saeger it took about a couple of months to get the correct brackets and then get them installed. Now when the tech's came back out to reinstall the brackets the panels were now flush to the same height as agreed upon originally but then I had another problem. I noticed that when they removed the old brackets from the roof they tore off some of the roofing felt which is the main barrier to prevent water. I pointed it out to the installers and asked them about it and they told me that its no problem that they patched it up and there shouldn't be any leaks. Well not that long after when we had heavy rain the valley I woke up to water leaking into my bedroom so I went o the attic to see where the water was coming from and it turned out it was right under one of the footings where they installed the new brackets. I had taken photos and then immediately contact Quality Home Services. I was told that they would send out a service technician and that if they determine the leak to not be of their cause then I would be charged $400.00. I had agreed knowing that its definitely the way the panels were installed. So the technician came out with two other guys but didn't even have the equipment needed to check because they aske me if they could use my water hose so I had to go find one. I explained to the tech and showed him photos to which he verified that he can see where the water was dipping from in the photo and from the roof panel inside the attic because there is a water stain. Two other guys went onto the room to spray water for 10 minutes and then they came down and told me that they do not see a leak and that they cannot determine if its from their solar panels or not because they are not roofers. (Keep in mind I have a brand new built house of 5 years and have not had any issues until the install). So in all they were only at my house for 10 to 15 minutes then made their determination and told me the office will contact me to schedule a time to have a roofer come out to take a look.I waited patiently and then 3 weeks later I got an email for an invoice of $400.00. I had contact Quality Home Services and explained to them I am not paying the $400.00 because the job was not completed. They then sent me the notes of what the technician had put down and he said, "Found leak coming from roof vent that had nothing to do with solar, customer said he know it wasn't but still wanted us out" This was a complete fabricated lie and that technician should be reprimanded. Now this was in July that I have been trying to go back and forth with customer service about getting this issue fixed before the rain season comes again. We are now in September and I keep getting the run around from customer service stating they have forwarded the issue to a supervisor and they would contact me when they heard back. It should not take more then a month to hear back from your supervisor. Just as I have read on here about customer service I have to agree that I get the run around too. It very well seems like once you sign the contract and they have your money they will leave you out to dry and don't care. This is not the type of business anyone should have to deal with and you would think any company would want to represent themselves with respect and dignity especially to the customers. 9.24.2024 Updated Review - I was contacted by Martin the installation manger to which him and his team arrived to my home to look at the issues. They did a very thorough and extensive job by checking each footing, checking for torn roofing felt and making sure the sealant around the footing were not damaged. After the assessment it was determined that one of the tiles under the solar panels had been cracked in half which was the cause of the leak. I am very pleased with the outcome and reassurance knowing that it was only a cracked tile (Which was replaced).I do want to highlight that I really appreciate Martin's diligence to not only make things right but he also represented the company with dignity and respect of how he was able to handle the situation and get it corrected. Because of Martin and his team going above and beyond correcting the issues, I am changing my 1 star review. Thank you Martin for correcting the issues in an immediate manner.

We had Quality Home Services install a whole house water filtration system in our home. The technician and install were great and we were very pleased with the results. When it was time to change the filters approximately 1 year later, the technician was very prompt and professional. The problem with this company is their customer service. When it came time to change the filters again, the technician discovered that the computer board and front panel assembly needed to be replaced. He ordered the parts and encouraged us to call the company in a couple of days to enquirer about the parts and to set up an appointment to have them installed. My wife called two days later and was told that the parts manager was the only one who knew the status of the parts order but he was in a meeting and that he would return her call later. They never called back. I called a few days later and was told they would call me back that same day by 2:00pm. They never called back, so the next day I called and they said the first part was in and they were just waiting for the other part to be delivered. They assured me they would call me back very soon. That was three weeks ago. Today, my wife called and again they told her that the parts manager was in a meeting. They really need to stop using that lame excuse...

I bought a water heater from Lowe's. They had Quality Home Services install it for me. Installation was great. When the inspector came for sign off he found a minor issue. Ian having difficulty getting call backs from Quality Home Services to schedule someone to make the connection. The correction shouldn't take more than ten minutes.

I would not recommend this company because of multiple reasons. First they came out, looked at the area and said yes you can get a generator. They ran my credit which didn't have any issues there. The issue I had the technician that came out did not know what he was doing as far as Being able to place a Generac on my home. The next technician said there's no way we can put the Generac in your home because of restrictions due to code. With that being said, I took a hit on my credit because they ran it. Also, I put a deposit down which I still have not gotten back. It's been about five weeks now and I haven't heard anything from this company unprofessional I am still out my deposit, which I am going to take up with Generac cause that's the company I contacted who had this company call me.

The team members that come out to install and conduct warranty work have been great at communicating objectives and identified issues during their visits. Quotes are transparent and the members in the office are all knowledgeable about the industry and have done their best to meet my requirements. Best value in the valley for top name brands.

After receiving my result with the free water kit at the Home Depot, we decided to schedule a demonstration since we were highly interested in a water system. First of all, the rep arrived 45mins late and didn't bother to call. We thought he wasn't going to show up. We were almost sold into purchasing their 2nd best option for almost $9k. The rep said that the unit is a lifetime warranty. Good thing we didn't agree to purchase because it is not, it's a LIMITED lifetime warranty. I really hope this company can further explain that to their future clients instead of lying and saying it's "lifetime". We decide to purchase a water filter system because its definitely worth it, buy not with this company.

Having worked with QHS for two different projects, solar addition and generac permitting I found this Company to be always coming through and doing what they said they would do. Their employees were always courteous,on time and knowledgeable. Working with Chris Sutton and Bond Moua, their designer was a pleasure. I could never thank them enough for the work they did for me and I highly recommend their Company. Thanks Richard

I've had my air purifier for 3 years now and I love it. It's one of the top investments in out home aside from our air fryer, LOL. It makes a difference in our home air and has helped between wildfire smoke, pollution and flu season. Love the peace of mind and love their staff when I go back for new filters.

Called Monday morning to schedule an appointment for Tuesday night at 6 pm to discuss my solar options. Received a call Monday night at 6:24 PM(my appointment was Tuesday night) from Joshua Price. He asked if I had a few minutes and I assumed it was with questions about the PGE usage statement that I had forwarded earlier that evening. He started his sales pitch, told me I needed to apply with EECU for financing and the deadline was Wednesday And then asked me to jot down some numbers. I told him I wasn't a member of EECU and wasn't sure that I could secure financing through them by Wednesday. He then told me that I could pay a $1000 deposit and sign a cash contract to get started. When I asked if he was still meeting with me the following night as scheduled he told me that he was too busy and didn't have time to drive all around town to talk to people that weren't serious. He said he had plenty of leads from people that were serious and would be working until 10 PM. At that point I felt like I wasn't important as a potential customer. Why would I feel comfortable giving you my money if you couldn't give me your time determine what panels would be best for me and to take the time to explain what I would be paying for? I called him on it and he got upset and the call ended. A few minutes later he sent a text message to me apologizing for his "direct and fast approach". I called the next day to inform his manager of the horrible experience and lack of customer service. He ensured me that someone else would help me. I was supposed to speak with Toby at 7:30 tonight and he forgot to call me. He messaged at 9:11 pm apologizing for forgetting about our appointment. He did try to reschedule for the following morning but I do work so that wouldn't work for me. At this point I didn't feel important as a potential customer I thanked him for his time and told him good night (mind you it's almost 9:30 PM). I then get a message from him saying that "it's my loss and his failure" I asked why he would say that hand he said "because I would not be going with the best solar company " then proceeded to tell me to "have a nice life".WTF?? Why say that???I'm sorry, but with sales people with a lack of customer service skills I don't care how good of a company you are, YOU DON'T TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THAT!! UNCALLED FOR AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!Why would I want to spend $50,000 with a company that treats a potential customer like S**T??
