Quality has provided flooring for me on several occasions. I have used them for LVT, Vinyl, Carpet, & base boards. All of which have been installed with care, high quality, and affordably. Raven is always very helpful with choosing the right colors & patterns for the room

We needed carpet fast. We needed a place that would use our dimensions and not delay the process waiting for their guy to go out. They were able to destroy flooring liquidators pricing and carpet was installed less than 48 hours after visit.Will now be my first stop for carpet moving forward.

Quality all around from help with selecting the right carpet to a fabulous installation. Neat and tidy, great eye for detail, and flawless staircase work. Totally recommend.

Do not pay this company until you get everything done. I had window coverings installed. The initial install went okay. I found out there is no backing on the top motor covering where the window cover stays when open. It looks tacky from the outside. I asked to have a backing installed on the motor covering. Raven has strung me along and keeps telling me the company will install a backing. Two months later nothing is done. I have talked to Raven multiple times and am always told it will be taken care of. I was dumb enough to pay off my bill when I requested the backing be installed. Still waiting... I will not buy from them again.

Raven was extremely helpful in picking out a LV flooring and the process went smoothly....I would recommend Quality Carpets for your future project.

They did a great job. Guided us through the purchase process for window coverings in our new home. Gave us samples to take home and compare. Provided us temporary window coverings while we waited for the permanent coverings to come in. Their installer did a great job and he was very courteous. The pricing was very reasonable and they were able to get the product sooner than the other competitors we talked to.

Quality Carpet was great! I had flooding in my house and Raven at Quality Carpet helped us find the best replacement pad and carpet possible. As a licensed Flooring Contractor Raven gave us excellent suggestions and allowed us to take home many samples. When it came to install Nick quickly arranged a convenient time, and Gary and his crew did an excellent job in installing our carpet. Thanks to everyone at Quality Carpet for doing such a great job! My experience with Quality Carpets was superb in every respect, from product selection to price to installation to customer service. Raven helped me select a good product from among several samples considered and continued to be helpful in various ways throughout the project. Their price was some $2000 below a competitor for the same carpet, and they would have moved the furniture for free; the competitor wanted extra for it. I had scheduling issues for which they were very flexible and accommodating. Installation was well done, in a quick five hours; I expected at least a full day for four rooms, several closets, and a long hall. Even cleanup afterward was great. Communication was right on time and on target; Nick saw to that. They were professional in every respect and a pleasure to work with.

Our Flooring experience with Quality Carpets Design Center was exceptional. We are so "Happy" with the flooring results we had to share our gratitude... Everyone truly cared about us, the Customer! The facilities and lighting allow for convenient floor sample viewing. The selections were abundant and well organized. Patricia came to our home with some additional floor samples. It became quickly apparent Patricia's knowledge enhanced and solidified our selection. Patricia was superb and so pleasant!The flooring installation contractors were on time and cared for our home. The demolition was seamless with the juggling of furniture. They are true technicians when it comes to installing the Vinyl Laminate Flooring. Their expertise noticed a minor manufacture flaw which placed the install briefly on hold. Eventually, a new batch of product was delivered. The floor and baseboards were installed to the contractor's high standards. There artistic detailed craftmanship were very impressive. Quality Carpets Design Center were present every step of the way. They took the lead and kept us informed on logistics during our flooring remodel. Communication was clear. Nick was great - there was a bit of a change of mind on my part , but we went ahead and had the Carper binding done and purchased the carpet .I love the quality and the customer service
