When we were ready to add an outdoor kitchen, we interviewed several contractors. Our goal was to extend our concrete patio and add a patio cover to extend our outdoor space. We also needed to add both electrical and gas lines to our barbecue kitchen island. After considering several prefabricated barbecue islands, we decided to go with a custom built barbecue island with superior construction quality. We had a lot of pricing decisions to make and at the end of the day we chose a custom design that perfectly fit our extended patio space and budget. Overall we can say we're very pleased with the outcome, service and professionalism throughout the entire process. As an added bonus, Mike also coordinated with a pool contractor and a cement contractor to replace our pool deck surrounding concrete adding drain lines. Now our backyard is complete.

I highly recommend ProPatio for your patio cover needs. They are reliable, honest, and operate with integrity. Pricing is fair and transparent. Mike helped create the patio of our dreams and the outcome was better than expected. Even installed sun shades a couple years later.

i was dissatisfied with the owner who came out and took measurements but never followed through with giving me a quote. I wouldn't recommend them.we talked about concrete pricing and what you thought it may be but u never gave quote on the job including the bbq pit. So you said a week to get back to me and I never heard back so I never got the quote as we wanted but no worries Mike. remember Mike I gave you a proposed budget but never said I would not go over it. I hired another contractor and they will gladly build us our project as we wanted. it was your loss cuz I did like your projects.

I just love my new patio pergola. I was unsure about going with the Alumawood product but just love it! Mike Weber did a great job. He and his crew were able to set up the pergola in less than a day. Great clean-up as well. He also installed my outdoor (wet) fan with a light. I know it sounds wierd, but I love looking at it. It is beautiful! Thank you again, Mike for a great job.

Wow, what an amazing experience from beginning to end of the remodel of my backyard. Mike came out and listened to what my husband and I wanted in our backyard. He was very professional, friendly, and not pushy. We chose him because of these attributes. He redesigned the pool deck by lazer technology because the old drain system needed to be improved. He laid 700 square feet of concrete and boy the finish on it is exquisite. He created a new draining system since a flood happens each winter down the valleys of our tile roof. Excellent job on the drainage system. He installed an insulated patio with a fan and 4 can lights. The service was above and beyond. The communication was clear. Thank you Mike and team for all that you did.

Excellent contractor! By far the best patio we've ever had constructed as we flip houses for a living. Fair prices and exceptionally knowledgeable staff! Would definitely recommend!!!!

This review is regarding their communication. We cannot attest to the quality of their work because we never even got a quote. But 2 stars for actually responding at all and showing up (that's better than most of the junk companies out there right now).I contacted them through email and phone and did not hear from them for over a week, so I texted them and got a response from Darla. A few days later, got a call from Mike who said he needed more information and asked for photos and dimensions, which we emailed. 2 weeks later, they said they needed to see the property in person and asked if they could come THAT day within 3 hours. We work from home, so it was fine that it was so last minute.Mike showed up and went over our design, looked over our property and then asked what our budget was. He said, well our budget would not even cover the concrete work and that he didn't need our business because he's got a ton of other projects lined up. I'll admit, he said it in a nice way and gave us some advice, but WOW! What an awful thing to say to a prospective customer-If you don't need our business, then why did you come? We asked if we could still get a proper quote for all of the things we wanted . He agreed and asked us to text him our wish list. We texted him twice asking for a quote and we never heard from him or Darla again.Business must be going so well right now that he feels he needs to treat customers like they are wasting his time. If he felt the project wasn't for him, he could have just said no when we met in person instead of choosing to waste OUR time by not bothering to respond.We could have upped our budget if wanted to, we could have referred him to friends/family, we could have thought about hiring him for future projects. Unfortunately, he did not think we were worth his time or energy to even give us a proper quote. Hope his business continues to go so well that you can brush off customers like that.We went with Central Valley Awning and Patio who has better reviews, extremely responsive and did not treat us like we were disposable.Edit: in response to the owner reply, Mike asked us what our budget was. We really didn't know how much a pergola would cost, so we said an arbitrary number. That's when mike said it would not even cover the concrete cost and that the ballpark cost would be more like 4x that. We were surprised, but that's not out of our price range. But we never heard from you again. Were we not on a list for follow up or a list of potential clients ? Obviously not. Saying things like, "I don't need your business" and then not bother responding or following up makes it seem like you don't think we could afford your services. Puts a very bad taste in your mouth. In addition, you say you don't have time to respond to clients because youre short staffed, yet you have time to respond to this review...
