This place is literally a JOKE! Do NOT come here it's a waste of time and money! She is super over priced and charges you before anything. And she doesn't do everything she charged you for and just replies with "no you didn't pay for that, that's not what you asked for" even though you specifically asked her for that before paying her (but she sure remembered to charge me for it). And she kept saying quality over quantity and that she charges a lot but does the best job. Please take a look at the pictures and see that she paints nails worse than a five year old. And to finish it off she literally walked us out, almost shoving us out of the door, and locked the door and leaves. I told her my nails weren't done and my toes weren't even dry, even though it was supposedly gel, so the UV light should've dried them without a problem but no....I called her for a refund and she refused and hung up on me. What an owner you are "Nina", I don't know how your business is still open.

wanted a pedi got the bill and it was $185 she never said any of the things she was doing was an xtra charge . Have never paid prices so high and its not a fancy spa type place . Still in shock ,work was good but slow. and polish was not dry all the way 2 hours later so when I put on my own shoes they rubbed off the polish on my big toes.Save your money go for drinks someplace

Three words to describe Thuy L. Lam, Operated Manager, are unprofessional , manipulating and dishonest person. Be careful to purchase any skin treatments, here. She will have you buy gift certificate to pay for a treatment, then she will use strategies to manipulate you and force you to buy her products and use them for good result after treatment. Then, she will charge you very expensive than regular price. Some products made in Vietnam and some products made in USA. Later on, if you would like to return her products (because you think it doesn't work for your skin or you have allergic from them), she will be rudely to you, and say that "no return or refund for her products," and shows you her return/ refund policy (Notice: she doesn't tell you before you purchase her product, also on her sale recipe, she uses a regular recipe with stamp her business name on top, and she writes down amount of products without write down product name in description column). However, she may refund a money back to you, but it is not full amount of your purchase. She will deductible almost half prices of you purchase, so you will get little bit money back. In my nightmare experience with her facial treatment that she advised me, my face was burn, redness and had wound about three months. I was crying, suffering, and very scaring about scare on my face. Fortunately, my friend help me to find Certified Skin Care Specialist who is very professional to take care of my skin, but still took me many months for healing and eliminating my scare. For all of above reasons, I wouldn't recommend this business place for everyone.

A very nice and calm atmosphere. She was very professional and gave us tips. I recommend coming here because the other reviews are so false, I came here despite their reviews and I love it. My nails are beautiful, no regrets.

This lady does HORRIBLE work & gossips about her other clients! Told me which nail techs in merced came to her for a Brazilian wax. She over charges for sloppy work. Please run from this shop!

I went to go get my eyebrows done here. Wait time was great and didn't take long, but they didn't have the lady that threaded for me last time so I had to get them waxed. She charged me $15 when last time was $10?! She was on the phone while waxing me so I was extremely anxious to how they would turn out, plus she rushed it.

Miserable place. miserable owner and employees. i prefer to go to Retro Lux Hair salon a few blocks away from this place. they ruined my hair and they lack basic cleanliness.

For a standard pedicure and eyebrow wax and lip wax I was charged $90.00 I told her I was overcharged and she didn't seem to care. She offered $15.00 off on next appointment and I said that was ridiculous on a $34.00 overcharge! I'm filing a complaint with the BBB . She said I should have come back sooner but I reminded her that she was in Vietnam for the month!

It's taken me 2 years to write a review of this horrible place, but everytime I look at the shoddy tattoo job on my eyes I am reminded of close to $400.00 for horrible job. First, you will be about all these wonderful things that can help your skin, eyes, etc., little do you know you will be given a sandwich bag of some frozen glob that is your Beverly Hill's beauty potion. Both eyes done, one round only. Next couple of days it was the quality of a child's sharpie..no color at all! I went back to complain and the owner rudely told me to come back in a couple days for a touch up. It was obvious that once she is done with you, you are not welcome back. Total for the first visit of sandwich bag goop and some kindegareten art was close to $400! When I went back for a touch up, she was extremely rough (verbally and physically). She was doing a dye job on a young lady and was arguing with the girl loudly, very rude and unprofessional. Stay away from here. Filthy place, nasty ass owner, rude rough and you will get ripped. Piece of advice: get a 99 cent eyeliner pencil from Walgreens and save yourself the grief.
