Alicia Fades and shop owner, Andres - terrible business manners. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I rarely leave reviews however this needs to be said.I made an appt with Alicia Fades a week ago. I live out of state, I made this appt for my son who's attending his sisters college graduation this evening. I messaged her saying hello, hope she was well & I asked what form of payment she accepts. We are first time customers and her only reply was 'cash only'. Not a hello. Not a thank you for reaching out & asking etc etc NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. I will not support anyone like that. Good haircut or not. I immediately cancelled the appt w/Felicia & booked it with Andres. I couldn't find a # for Andres except the shops number so I called to get info on payment. Why? Because I was treating my son to a haircut/ beard trim/shape. As I mentioned I live out of state and wouldn't be attending. I was covering all bases for a smooth transaction. Andres said he would email me his cashapp within the hour. I never received his cashapp. I looked the entire rest of the day for the email & the morning of my son's appt. Still no email from Andres. Ok. Fine, I sent all monies to my son. He can cashapp Andres after his cut. My son does not drive. I had arrangements made for him to be dropped off at 10am for his cut & picked up an hour later. My son arrives at 9:45. We respect people's time & money. Being a first time customer, again, I wanted all transactions to go smooth and everyone have a good morning. ANDRES NEVER SHOWED! He didn't text us. He didn't call us. Nothing! I was on FaceTime with my son. We gave it till 10:15am and at that time I advised my son to leave. UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. If there's an emergency or you can't be on time, considering you ARE the shop owner, the only respectful thing to do is call and let us know! My sons ride was for 11am. I had to arrange another ride 15min after arriving because of Andres! All in all 3 rides when it should of been two. Another huge inconvenience when I'm paying & out of state. A very disheartening & chaotic morning. I had his new ride take him to DOPE BARBERSHOP in Clovis. Which was an amazing experience. They treated him with kindness and respect the minute he walked in the door. Even apologized on Prestige's behalf for the treatment we received.From Alicia to Andres - I HIGHLY encourage you to look elsewhere for a barber. One who respects others & is mindful of their business & customers.

First time here, my son highly recommended this barber shop for me. I chose to use the same barber (Joe) as my son. The barber shop is very clean, organized and each barbers chair is roomy for every customer. Joe is very polite, professional, and a good conversationalist. I'm very happy with the end result. It's exactly what I was looking for. I definitely will be going back to this barber shop.

Worst service ever, they over charged me and I paid 135,000.00 more for the 19% of the service I got. The owner lied about the return from the Dian at the airport. In the airport they say they don't return money from this kind of services. The owner took advantage of me knowing I leave in the USA. Please avoid this place.

Highly recommend John Twin the barber at prestige it's about time we see some diversity out here in Clovis it's hard for black men to win out here! we're from LA and we live right next door and my boyfriend is black and he walked in there and got his hair cut on the spot he gave him exactly what he wanted and my bf is very picky and does not play about his hair lol. I haven't seen my bf this happy in a long time boosted his confidence. I am very grateful for the encounter we had with his and really getting the best service it was definitely a vibe he gave my boyfriend a lot of wisdom so not only was it just a hair cut it was like a therapy session in a way. Honestly you never know what someone is going through and I just want to say he made huge impact today on us and we're very appreciative of it!
