I had never even considered having a "personal jeweler" before meeting Brock and Lesa at Premier Jewelers. It all began when several years ago a friend bought me a present from them. Since then I have had pieces I already owned repaired. Purchased several rings, necklaces and earrings from them. The difference between the weight and clarity of their pieces in comparison to chain or department stores leaves the competition wanting. Especially given that their prices are generally less and the quality doesn't compare.Last year I broke the stone in my favorite ring. Brock too my broken stone to the colored stone show in Las Vegas and personally found an exact match for half the price I would have paid in Fresno. Its the only jewelry store I shop at and would recommend without reservation their store to anyone interested in purchasing quality from a local family run business.

I've know of Premier since their San Jose location. I continue to buy from them because of their customer care, fair prices and custom work. I just had a gorgeous one-off cross necklace with heart shaped emerald in the middle delivered today. OMG is it beautiful and it's absolutely one of a kind. From a sketch my girlfriend made on a piece of paper to a CAD drawing and then a wax and finally the real thing. Wow is all I have to say! It's an unbelievable piece! I am super happy and girlfriend is thrilled!Customer service is second to none and custom work is highly recommended.I've also bought a custom wedding set and had a family heirloom ring re-sized by Premier all done right and made to last. Thanks for being a business that continues caring about service and quality.

I went here to get something from the first date with my girlfriend made into a necklace, and to ask for advice on how to go about doing so. Such great customer service and they genuinely cared about my needs as a customer. They fast tracked my order so I can have it in time for my girlfriend's birthday before 4th of July even though they were already busy with other orders, and called me exactly when they said they would with the necklace ready for pick up that same day. Very happy with the finished product. It has a certain elegant simplicity to it, which was so perfect for my needs and exactly what I was looking for. 10/10 going to go back for future orders and jewelry customizations and needs. FYI, they have a beautiful selection of original pieces as well.

I was looking for a jeweler that would customize an engagement ring. Due to an unfortunate situation, another jeweler recommended Premier Fine Jewelers. I stopped by and spoke to Lisa on my first visit. I left the shop feeling like she genuinely care about what I was looking for & a few different options to get our price range. We went back and got a mold made but it wasn't quite what we expected. Brook just happened to have new rings in stock & it was almost exactly what we were looking for. Brook allowed us to customize the rings to our taste with bigger diamonds, ring width, etc. Brook also worked with us and our price range which included trading in scrap gold. I can say with complete confidence that we will never go to another jeweler. Brook & Lisa have exceeded every expectation that we had and more. I recommend Premier to anyone that has never had a personal jeweler and anyone else for that matter. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Brook & Lisa.-Chris & Angela

The owner is a wonderful person. On two separate occasions he has done whatever we can to fix my jewelry (didn't charge me on one of them) quick and quality. I feel like a human being and not just a number when I walk in there. This is business ownership at its finest and I will always come back for here for my jewelry needs. 11/10 would recommend

My husband and I were looking for a new setting for my solitare. We visited all of the big retail jewelry stores over the course of a few months and decided going to a local family owned jeweler was going to be the best choice for us. We spent the day visiting 7 different jewelers, and ended up at premier fine jewelry last. I had pretty much made a decision with another place before I walked in, but since it was on my list I had to check it out, and I was so happy I did. I found exactly what was looking for within 10 minutes if walking in and I didn't have to compromise anything, price, quality or design. Brook is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The possibilities are endless with their design options. Most places had rings in the cases and you chose a setting that was already there. What I loved about priemer is that I had the option to choose different features from different rings to create my own custom design. They also had a huge range of beautiful settings when choosing a setting that was alredy in the case as well, which is helpful if you don't know what you want. It was such an wonderful positive shopping experience. I will absolutely be returning for future purchases and will reccomened them to anyone who is looking for their perfect ring.

Premier Fine Jewelers is THE best in town. Brook and Lisa are so easy to work with. They helped my fiancé pick out a gorgeous ring which I could not be happier about. I had to get my ring resized a few times and they were understanding and got it back to me quickly. Highly recommend!

I was shopping for an engagement ring and after going many many different places, I'm very glad I went with Premier! Everyone there was friendly, Brooke educated me on what I should be looking for, and when the time came down to pick the right stone, Brooke was very trustworthy and gave me his honest opinion.Premier can work with you to get what you want and my fiancé loves her ring! She gets many genuine compliments about how brilliant the diamonds look.

Overall good experience here. First time working with Brooke & Lesa. It was a gift purchase and the recipient was very pleased. Brooke helped me find something fitting my needs. It was a bit over my budget, but the results were worth it. Lesa helped me finalize the deal. Gift wrapping and the ring box itself was a big hit as they promised it would be. Will definitely return.
