Staff and doctors are prompt, professional, and courteous. They invest the time to get to know their patients. I'd recommend Preferred to anyone.

I live in Iowa but was in Fresno for a wedding. I woke up one morning with a severe bout of vertigo. After searching online for a chiropractor, I found PFC and made a call. They told me they could see me right away. Dr. Vinson and the staff were extremely thorough and helpful. I left there feeling better. I even got a check-up call later that night to see how I was doing and was told if I needed to come in the next day to be seen to give them a call. The next day, I woke up with vertigo again and went in. They treated me extremely well and I didn't experience it any more during my trip.If I lived in the area, there is no doubt I would regularly visit PCC for my chiropractic care. If they took such good care of an out of towner, I can only imagine how well they treat their regular patients!

What a great experience. My chiropractor retired and I had not found another until we really need one. This office was recommended and I'm so glad we tried it. It's more like a PT office. They are super friendly and efficient. The equipment is wonderful. I really feel the progress. I never feel like just a source of income for them. I've been places where they really want you there as often as they can get you there and do it forever. This place wants to heal you so you don't have to go all the time.

I'm just here to confirm what a few other reviewers have mentioned. This business's ability to bill and utilize insurance is extremely suspect. I'm covered by two insurances, and this office is in network for both. Over the course of about a year, I paid over a thousand dollars out of pocket, being assured that this was normal, despite my protesting. Everyone in this office is pleasant and otherwise competent. No complaints there. I've been going to a different place now for a couple of years, with people even more competent and pleasant, and I have paid exactly $0 out of pocket.

Here on the recommendation of fellow Yelpers. I low sided my Kawasaki on the race track last week and strained some neck and back muscles. After a week of pain and taking the usual ibuprofen and Tylenol, it was time for me to get some help and relief from the aches and stiffness. I called today and got an appointment. After filling out the questionnaire and taking my vital signs, I met with Dr Balli and went over the issues I was having with my neck and back. A physical exam of my neck and back was done to find the problem area(s) that I was having. X-rays were taken of my lower back and neck I still have a follow up for the X-rays in 2 days and Dr Balli will then discuss my treatment plan. First impression was good with an efficient and courteous front staff along with Dr Balli and bedside his manner. Will post additional information after my follow up appointment.

Absolutely with question an amazing team. Equipment used is new and very resourceful. A combination between stretching, decompression, massage therapy, and chiropractic care. It's truly a one stop shop. I have tried several different Care centers and the 2 doctors and their team really have you in their best interests. Don't waist your time going anywhere else. They will definitely help you to fell better!!

We had to find a new chiropractor. After the death of Dr. Kenneth Ritter from the covid virus we lost a 30 year friend and chiropractor. So I set out to find a new chiropractor. After several tries, I found I Dr. Balli at Preferred Chiropractic Center in Fresno. Dr. Balli is a Palmer graduate. He is kind, knowledgeable, and has a good sense of humor. He really helped me when I took a fall and injured my shoulder. Unfortunately, I need to be more mindful of how I do things. I was walking down the hallway trying to adjust my ear pods when I fell. He helped me right away. The staff is friendly and helpful. Their office is new with state of the art equipment. If you need chiropractic care this is the place to go and see Dr. Balli.

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They consistently go above and beyond to accommodate your needs, making every experience enjoyable and stress-free.
