I love the salon. I go here to get my eyebrows microblade it. Every time I go in the salon is super clean, all of the employees. There are so nice and sweet. Everything is perfectly in its place. Everyone is always so happy. Doesn't matter if it's a preen employee or an independent beautician or aesthetician.

Do not goto Rena. Completely botched my hair. I'm telling you! Trust me, I went home crying because of how aweful it looked, she's charged $400 for a cut and color and didn't tell me till after. Shes nice at first, but you will leave with something you didn't ask for. My hair is still recovering from all the bleach. READ THE HIDDEN REVIEWS. Remember you can buy 5-star reviews on yelp but can't pay to have 1-stars taken down. Take your business somewhere else. It's NOT worth it

BIGGEST SCAM!!! READ HIDDEN REVIEWS!! first off let me start off by saying that Rena is not the hairstylist that anyone would want!! I went in there for my birthday, expecting the best outcome from the salon. Went for a facial, a haircut, and color. The facial was amazing Customer service is amazing.. then when I sat down in the salon chair, Rena came off as really nice and super friendly and acted like she knew what she's doing with your hair. I gave her the full rundown of what i wanted, every detail, I showed her pictures and everything, the consultation was great, or so I thought. I only wanted the tips of my hair lightened with a soft blend and she ended up bleaching 80% of my hair and was I was left with fried orange hair, she did not blend the bleach well into the darker part of my hair. It just look like a dark black block on top of my head and a giant orange block for the rest of my head. Not only that, but the haircut she gave me was not the one I asked for AT ALL. The layers were uneven, one side was longer than the other other side. There were even parts of of my head that we weren't cut at all the frame around my face was left uneven as well and also some parts that we weren't cut. Then she went in and razored and thinned out my hair, and I told her not to do that too much because I have wavy hair and will look frizzy and she went ham with that razor. So it's almost like as if she enhanced the dried split ends that she had already given me from the intense bleach bath she gave me. I'm telling you I looked awful and you can tell that everyone else in that salon thought so too by the way they were looking at me. This whole process was $400 by the way. $400!!!!!! Just for me to leave sobbing and feeling so ugly on my birthday. When I spoke to the people at the salon the next day because I couldn't live with this, they said there was nothing they can do because Rena had been working there for so long and they chose having Rena as an employee rather than having a happy customer who just threw down $400. I have a feeling that this is what the salon does often based off of a lot of the negative reviews. I saw they take hundreds of dollars from you and you leave with ugly hair and there is nothing that they will do about it. The only thing that you can do for yourself is by hair dye and color your own hair or drop down more money to fix your hair by someone else . When I spoke with the manager, she said that Rena can go in and color my hair back to dark brown so that $400 was just for nothing. And when I complained further the manager denied that my hair looked bad and kind of chuckled at how I was crying over the phone. I'm a stay at home mom and I don't get to treat myself often to anything nice, my life is centered around my kids so when I had this one day to just pamper myself and feel good and it was ruined because of Rena and her enabling manger, and they will laugh in your face on how you hate it.

I had a hair appointment with Jennifer but cancelled after these posts she made during the state of emergency California is in. When I told her it was inappropriate she responded with laughter. I'm shocked the salon doesn't mind that she posts like this but I, along with many of my friends who have been here, are super grossed out and vowed not to go back. I paid her a $75 deposit that I have lost out on, but I cannot support a deeply insensitive business.

Such a gorgeous salon. Always a nice experience walking into the Boutique area (I always leave with a candle). And Jen is the best! She makes me feel like a Queen every time I leave with the most gorgeous hair. Her consultation process definitely shows that she cares more about your hair outcome that just gaining a new client. She truly loves what she does and I can't imagine anyone else doing my hair.

I wanted to leave this review because I think this really speaks to the exceptional customer service Jen K provides. First of all she's amazing at what she does, and she's fast. But not like I'm trying to rush through you fast, it's because she's done this for so long and has nailed down her technique. Which is beneficial for her, she can serve more clients, and for us, cause we don't have to be stuck at the salon all day. Anyways, today I had an appointment at 845am I got there and long story short it seemed like Jen forgot to enter into her books. I told her no worries at all I know she's busy (and hey people can we remember our stylists are human too, they make mistakes just like us) it must've just slipped her mind. I was expecting not to be able to get in till maybe sometime later this week or later. No, Jen made it a point to get me in ASAP (and I know she is booked out) same day in fact! She apologized profusely and I told her no worries it happens, this isn't life or death. So i appreciated she wanted to make sure I did get in ASAP. And that speaks a lot to how she is as a person. She cares about her clients and if there is a hiccup she'll come up with a solution. Jen K is the best there and check out her instagram to see how talented she is! Also love the Preen atmosphere makes me feel so luxurious :)

My wife had a great experience here. We were in town for a short visit and my wife wanted to have a relaxing day. Preen staff provided excellent customer service and made my wife really happy. Will be back for sure when we visit the town again.

Shout out to Issac a hair genius!!! I've had 5 bad hair cuts in a row since living in Fresno for a few years . I Finley found my guy , very sweet guy and has top notch skillls go see him at Preen salon Fresno

Drea gives the best massage in town! Salon is beautiful and staff is lovely. $$$ but when you compare to chain massage parlors the extra cost is worth it!

i went in for a hair trim 100.00 with remaMy issue was my hair didn't give me the wow feel.My hair went flat in one hour. I went in two days later to trim my bangs.Something I did ask for on the first visit she had the nerve to comment no worries I didn't have to pay.I didn't plan on paying twice if you listened to your client the first time.
