Pot Farm Backyard

Great place and good value for a fountain. I was looking on Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowe's and local garden shops but couldn't find what I was looking for or they were way over priced for very little fountains. They were not pushy at all, allowed me to take my time, select a color and provided installations. My only recommendation would be instructions for care of a fountain and what to look for, even if it is a pamphlet. I feel they installed and left. A little follow up would be nice and go the extra mile to ensure customs is happy. Otherwise I love it! It was my first and a splurge for me for sure. But have always wanted one and wanted to take away some of the car traffic noise.

Ordered a fountain and 4 figures in March 2024. Was told it would be 6 weeks turnaround, it was 8 weeks. Had to call them to find out it was READY! Scheduled delivery for 28 June. They called and said they could deliver on the 19. Oh by the way it will be $220 cash to deliver. Never mentioned this when purchasing the merchandise. Arrived a 4:30pm and installed fountain worked fine the small boy figurine's hat was not painted blue as requested and paid for. The management made no offer to correct the issue didn't care. The workers who did the installation were friendly and considerate and did a great job. I understand now why they haven't much business or traffic flow. DO NOT RECOMMEND this business to anyone for anything.

This is the second fountain we have bought from these folks over the years and we couldn't be more pleased. Shopping for the fountain was easy as they have a great selection and can custom paint virtually any of their products to numerous finishes. Luckily we found one that we thought would be a perfect size and that we loved the finish - and at a great price! Shop around to compare. :)We scheduled the delivery several weeks out as we were having a patio area poured and wanted to give the concrete some time to cure. I spoke with Joe several times and he was always pleasant. Yeah, there were a few times when no one answered the phone, but I always reached someone when I called back later. I confirmed with Joe the day of delivery they were on-track and they showed up as expected and delivered and shimmed the fountain to level it. It wasn't until after they had left that we noticed some sizable gaps created by the shims so I called Joe the next day. He said he'd talk to the owner, Eli, to see what they could do and would call me back shortly. Sure enough about 20 minutes later I got a call and spoke with Eli who was a bit apprehensive but listened to my concerns.After a few minutes he said he would need to come out to take a look and arrived about an hour later. He walked around the fountain, ended up removing all of the shims and completely leveled it using only about half the number of shims and with much thinner adjustments. Once level, he spend another 10 minutes or so to really fine-tune the water spillover to make it look its best! It was obvious to me that he really did care about making it look just right.Your experience may vary, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these folks and would go back in a heart beat for other outdoor garden decor.

I would like to start by referring to my picture of the lion fountain. That's got to be the worst paint job I have ever seen. The staff was stating that it's a difficult paint job but were proud this is exactly what travertine is supposed to look like. Google travertine and tell me what you think.Ordered it end of April and delivery was supposed to be 5/11. It came around and was rescheduled every week until it was delivered June 27. If you don't call every day they will never deliver it to you. At least 4 times i had a scheduled delivery date and time, but I got ghosted. No call no show. No one will ever answer the phone.Only positive was the people who delivered it were fast setting up.

Horrible customer service. I really don't understand how this company functions with this type of customer service. I purchased an item at the Home & Garden Show and was told it was ok for me to pick it up anytime after Wednesday. My wife called Wednesday to verify if it was ok to pick it up on Thursday. The person on the other line said yes and informed her that they open at 9am. So we show up Thursday and the guy I dealt with at the Home & Garden Show pretty much flips out on us because he said the item was not ready for pickup. He started giving me attitude and said I should have followed his instructions and called before showing up. He gave me my money back and continued to complain to me that it was my fault for showing up too soon. I explained to him we did call prior to showing up. But he wasn't having it, so unprofessional. I admit this place has some nice stuff with reasonable prices but I will never step foot a this place again.

I went here prepared to spend a few thousand on pots for my business. I looked around took pictures of what I thought I wanted to purchase went back into office. I showed sales man photos and asked for pricing he was very unprofessional and started bad mouthing Mexicans . Now I'm a white woman but cannot stand any form of racism. So I walked out with money in my pocket and will never go back. The workers in back painting and actually doing the hard labor were Mexican, this business wouldn't even exist without the Mexican workers.

So sad to see this business is still open. Customer service is absolutely terrible. My experience is just as everyone else has stated. Horrible Customer Service, bordering on complete dishonesty. The bug guy behind the desk appears to be in charge, but will tell you he has to "check with the boss" when asked specifics about item availability or delivery. They took my deposit and never got around to providing me the Street Lamp as promised. The big guy behind the desk was rude and disinterested and too lazy to get up off his butt to take care of his customers. After several weeks of waiting for my item, I returned to the shop and demanded my money back. The guy behind the desk instructed one of his minions to give me my money back... I took it and never looked back.DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE! They don't give a rip about anyone but themselves and treat everyone like second class citizens. I'd use the "R" word here, to describe how they treat people, but that would be too kind.

Returning customer and very happy with our purchases. We have purchased a total of 5 pots for our olive trees and a custom water fall. They all have come out beautifully. The color and quality was a 10 out of 10. Thank you for helping us elevate our yard.
