Manager has zero professionalism. Forgets the questions she asks...I usually don't post bad reviews but this one I had to, didn't even get a receipt or tracking number upon giving my package, which caused me to waste the 10 minutes of my time there to find out where my package was.

I enjoy coming here to pick up my mail. They are friendly and have cool gifts to buy. The new owner is super attentive and makes the office feel like a community space. It's like she knows all of the consumers and that is incredible customer service. I do wish they were open for a bit on Sundays due to work schedules.

Exactly what you are looking for! -Mail gets delivered they scan and you get a notification.- Review the shipment and decide what you want to do.-They perform your request ASAP! Wooot! This guys are FAST!!In less than 30 minutes I had all I need and I did not left home! Guys!!! you are doing an excellent Job! since the day I started using your services, Calls where answered, I got the answer needed. Everyone I have ever encountered here is super friendly. I feel bad because mostly I am just dropping off USPS packages that I am shipping online. When I do ship directly with them I am always relieved that I don't have to deal with the lines and overall chaos of the Post Office.

Customer Service badly needs to be addressed at an establishment such as this. This place should be the pinnacle and absolute example of customer service, unfortunately, it's way below acceptable standard.I bring a DHL package that is addressed to a company located in the UK to be shipped. I print out the invoice and waybill as instructed. I take my package to "Postal Express & Gifts", met with some young blonde girl who looked wet behind the ears as far as experience goes. I hand her my package and she tells me I need a shipping invoice. DHL won't ship it without it. Ok? So I need to print out an invoice of this product? "Yah". Why do they need that? "I don't know they just do. They won't ship it without it". Ok? You don't know why? "No". So there's nothing else I can do? I did as instructed. "Yah, if you call that company and ask them to help you..." They're in the UK. "Welllllll, I don't know what to tell you." She kept repeating herself after this and I was hoping she was intelligent enough to think outside the box at this moment to no avail. She had this deer in the headlights look on her. Listen Postal Express and Gifts: Train your employees of Excellent Customer Service. Not GOOD Customer Service or just Customer Service. Train your employees the Excellence of Customer Service because a company like this should be about that and only that. There were some young kids there she was also training and evidently they got the wrong message because of me. They probably got a really bad lesson that'll be embedded in their minds going forward. I left after she couldn't think straight. You know how to train her right? Teach her how to think outside the box in this situation. Offer an OPTION! Always offer an OPTION. That is what Excellent Customer Service is. And be thorough to what this "Shipping Invoice" is. After doing a thorough research, talking with someone at another place, this is a DHL Customs Invoice that need to be printed and filled out. Hey look, a simple "I'm sorry sir, but DHL needs a customs invoice printed directly from their website or perhaps the company that you're returning the product for can assist you with that process. I can also print out the invoice as a courtesy so you can fill it out here to send." Look at that. Look how easy that was. Instead all I got was some blonde girl looking like she was going through the hardest math question ever with answers like "Yah", "I don't know what to say", etc. All she was missing was the gum to smack around her mouth while she talked whilst twirling her hair. Places like this need to get their stuff straightened out. You train these kids to be successful. To obtain a foundation of customer service skills to advance in the world, but then this happens. Don't be upset when you start losing business because of this. Focus on Customer Service and make it Excellent not only for the business but the young employees I seen working there who was very new to the world. Show them how to handle different customers, maintain professionalism, think outside the box, offer options to customers, etc. Come on Postal Express and Gifts! You're a small mom and pop store trying to keep up in a business with sharks. Let's keep thinking this way or else your business will get eaten up.Edit: After reading some of the other reviews about customer service here and the lack of empathy by the owner's response, I'M NOT SURPRISED. Hey Owner, you're the problem. When the employees are consistently displaying issues, it's not them, it's the person at the top level. Always. Not the Supervisor or Manager. It's the person at the TOP. And that is YOU. Let that sink in for a moment. This 2 1/2 stars overall rating on here is absolutely pathetic. Do something about it. Don't be mad at us, the customers, for speaking the truth.

The worst service, management and employees in the entire town. I wish there was a zero star. That's what they deserve! Rude and inconsiderate. They know they are the only game in the neighborhood and take advantage of that, and are awful to their customers.. even those of us who have been with them since the day they opened. I will never walk in their store again! Hope you don't either!

I love this location. I come here several times a week to drop off orders for my small business. If I have issues with international shipping they are able to help. When I need to buy last minute supplies like boxes, packing tape, etc. I'm able to grab those here as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The owner Sheetal is so great!
