Port of Subs

Sandwich was okay and comparible to subway. Id much rather come here over them though. I was craving a quick sandwich and it definitely satisfied my craving. It was a simple sandwich so can't complain. The only issue I had is I asked for everything but olives and I didn't get any jalapenos, Avocado or cucumbers

***Update*** Olivia Kindly and promptly reached out to apologize for the lack of sandwich toppings and quality of the bread from my visit to let me know they take feedback very seriously. I noticed how many times she has also commented how serious they take feedback from others. The continuous feedback you have been collecting does not seem to be improving which makes me question how seriously this feedback is considered. Anyway, I appreciate the response. Hope you will consider the feedback and implement some changes / adjust your portion control. I've had this place 3 times. One time it was good. The other two times I had to laugh at the sandwich because of how cheap they are with sandwich toppings. Most recent order (and last time I will be ordering) I ordered the #15 and the #12 both medium on sourdough. Bread was super dry and the sandwich felt like all I was eating was bread. Tiny sliver of toppings in the middle. It really was laughable. If you're going to be this stingy with the meats, at least pack it with vegetables and condiments. Ridiculous. Will always opt for Deli Delicious or Subway from now on. Even subway gives more toppings on their half sandwiches!

I love port of subs, I wanted a nice cold fresh sandwich and that is exactly what I got, but man their customer service definitely needs some work! I'll still give them a 3 stars because of how good and fresh their food was! But The girl with colored eyes here just seemed really annoyed with me and my family (we're not loud people by any means), she spoke to us in such a rude way. Now I'm not dumb, I know when I'm being treated differently than others and that's exactly how I felt here!

Did you know they make breakfast? Greeted by nice workers. One foot breakfast sandwich ordered. They do not do egg white. Smoked ham, egg and pepper jack ordered.They were busy and doing other orders. Took a while, but they were very nice. Happy Sunday everyone! Got breakfast ready per usual. Breakfast sandwich split in half. Clean and safe restaurant. My half was good! Not a big fan of the egg, but fresh veggies, wheat bread and ham. Already know mother will feel the same when she gets up to have it. Good service and breakfast sandwich half. Recommended!

Once again this restaurant got the order from the app incorrect. The cheeses for the subs were mixed up. I figure it can't be that hard if when I walk in the person behind the counter was on her phone. This place used to be really good, but they continue to disappoint. This has happened to me on 3 separate occasions. The only way to get your order correct here is to order in person so you can watch them put the sub together.

My sister told me about this place that is also in AZ. I'm not much of a sandwich guy, but because of my sister's raving about this place, had to try it. Workers were not very friendly and hard to understand. She pointed to the fixings as she made the sandwich. I got a number one which is fitting as they only put one slice of each meat and cheese on it and loaded in with veggies. My mom made sandwiches that way when I was a kid to save money. While Jersey Mike's is a tad more money, they aren't skimping on the meat. The food was fresh, but "Subpar."

menu looks good and prices ok but meat on both sandwiches tasted like nothing peppered salami no taste, turkey no taste. Would not waste my time or money going there again. sorry, and the clerk was tasteless also.

Went in this evening for a pastrami sandwhich and all I got was a bread and veggie sandwhich with once Slice of pastrami. Don't get me wrong, the taste is quality and delicious but the tomato slices are bigger than the meat.....Very disappointing and dissatisfied with this purchase. Not sure if I would come back.

Went in on 9/11 and made an order and paid with a gift card. No problem. Went in on 9/26 and tried to pay for an order with balance from same Gift card. I was told gift cards are not accepted anymore and I have to go online and get the balance of the gift card transferred to the app. I have to pay for the order with cash. Go on line and it is apparent gift cards are still honored and can be refilled. Went to the store specifically to use gift card up. Pissed off I was lied to.

Been told they had great tuna sandwiches on yum sourdough. Tuna was good but the bread tasted cold and refrigerated-stale. No excuse. There are too many sandwich shops in Clovis to go to one that serves stale, cold to the touch bread.
