Ok, one of the best chicken sandwiches for a chain. 8/10, crispy with no lettuce or tomato's on it but it still was satisfying to eat

This was the worst Popeyes I've ever been to! The service was horrible the food was cold and there wasn't even a line! I ordered a original chicken sandwich with no pickles and got a cold soggy sandwich drenched in Mayo with pickles.

They left 3 pieces of hair in each of my boxes of food. One in my chicken tenders, and 2 in the fries. It was the first thing you could see. I guess they obviously don't want us ordering from there.

This visit was a great one. Service was fast. We ordered 3 piece chicken meal with fries and massed potatoes. I love their mashed potatoes with the spicy gravy. Yum!! We were in and out very quick. The food was hot as expected and everything tasted freshly cooked. Usually we always complain on the service and food but this time they met my expectations. Great job!!

I came thirty minutes before closing because our usual Popeyes location was closed. The lobby was full and the drive thru was around the parking BUT the team handled the rush with Grace and teamwork. No lie, I felt like this could have been a part of a motivational team building video. I ordered a family meal, the ghost pepper wings and a frozen strawberry lemonade. All of which were delish! While some of the guests grew antsy and rude with waiting - (we were given fair warning that there was a wait for fresh chicken) , the crew continued to work quickly to get all of our orders out. Angie, Maurisha and Katherine was kind, calm and nice to speak too even though everything was hectic around them . I'll be back

Terrible. I sat in line for 30 minutes for the customer service to be unacceptable. She was irritated taking my order. When I got to the window she was on her phone, kept closing the window to go on her phone. Then, when asked to get my receipt she lied and said they had no receipt paper. Then I asked her for a refund she brought the receipt and the change back.

If it wasn't for the food being pretty good, I wouldn't give a star at all. I had to drive up to the window to order. It was evident that this location was vandalized. The cashier came to the window and just rudely stared without any greeting. (Rolling her eyes and all) She returned in a few minutes and in an extremely low tone and said someone will bring out my order. At least, that's what I thought she said. In a few minutes another cashier came and said our pies would take 7 minutes. I ended up going back through drive-thru and finally getting my order. I have to say this is the worst Popeyes I've visited! I won't be going back.

Worst service ever they gave me half of my order and gave me hard stale fries and when i complained they still gave me attitude...over all food and service was horrible

Food was bad I ordered on DoorDash my chicken was still pink and also my chicken sandwich and they forgot my mashed potato's don't go here if you don't want a hospital visit

They are very slow, I noticed it looks like only three people working so I know that is hard. But I ordered my food over the app and it still wasn't ready 20 min after it was due. Not only that they just put whatever pieces in there nothing at all what I ordered was correct. Disappointed!
