7/18/24 Getting lunch! Small wait in line. Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with Mac N Cheese. Sauce on the side. The worker was kind. Paid for the order and waited for it to be called.Nice restaurant. Clean & safe. Funky Louisiana music playing. Definitely waited a while before many was called. They were busy! A worker called my name to inform me they can't do the sauce on the side. Even apologized. No worries. Then shortly after that, name called, grab & go! Lunchtime! Spicy chicken sandwich was really good, but it didn't taste very spicy. =/ Mac N Cheese was really good too! Definitely cheesy & flavorful! It's a lot! Leftovers! Another meal! Good service & really good "spicy" chicken sandwich & Mac N Cheese! Recommended!

Well 4 years later and I can tell you , nothing has changed. 35 minutes to prepair a mobile order. I placed the order, it said it would be ready at 12:38, my husband heads over. It was not ready until 1:13. How is this location still in business

It is lunch time and they expect you to wait 30 minutes for chicken. They moved slower than my 88 year old mother. Food sucked! Order not right!Cold slaw tasted like it was 2 weeks old. Beans un-eatable. I am being polite. They can't tell the difference in spicy or mild nor can they tell the difference between a wing and thigh.

So many things wrong here. For 7 bucks we received a small tub for the popcorn shrimp. The wings weren't sauced. Didn't get any of the dipping sauces. Mac N chz was stone cold. The staff was rude. And we all ended up with diarrhea.

Revising my review going down to two stars. Ordered an 11 piece family meal. Received two super tiny over cooked wings, no drumsticks, no thighs the other nine pieces were I think breast but had a lot of bones. All the pieces were over cooked. I didn't want an order of nothing but white meat.The mac & cheese was good. I also ordered three Apple pies and received strawberry cream cheese pies instead, did not receive what I ordered. I can totally tell the french fries had been sitting around for a while and we're not fresh.Definitely will never order another 11 piece family meal set again. I like thighs, drumsticks and wings. I did not expect an entire order of white meat with the exception of two super tiny overcooked wings and old unfresh french fries.

One of the best customer service I had in a long time. Max greeted us when we walked in and told us he will be right with us. Max suggested flavors he liked for the wings, and updated us on the wait for the Cajun fries. He was friendly and continued his genuine service to all costumers after us. Max definitely deserves a raise and should be the manager. He is a good example of how customer service should be.

It took me 20 mins just to order. After I did, Half my order was missing. What I did receive took over 30 mins. Cashier in front was new and she obviously needed help. Terrible experience.

Made me wait 35 minutes for a large Mac n cheese, and had the audacity to only half fill up the cup. Did not offer to make it right when I brought back the half filled cups.

And to eat lunch the gentleman who took care of me was up set like being rude. Name was klave I believe . Asked him question was like what we . If you don't like your job quit. We go in waste our money all we want is good service we chose to go eat there cause your food is great . Please be nice to customer never coming to this one again. When I told him you know what cancel my order you are so rude he like didn't even care .

The service was terrible the facility was dirty and smells but the chicken was tasty I don't plan on returning anytime soon
