I would just like it to be known that the owner is harassing myself and my husband by sending us a group text message of in incident that is posted on TikTok with the video link. He's sour due to us dropping POOLS PLUS due to charging us almost $200 for a service we never approved. But now feel the need to text us harassing us over something that is not is concern. Think twice before seaking business from a person like this. His number 559-901-6783

Three month added service was included by New Creation Pools.. Pool construction company was Awesome. The construction crew did an amazing job on my pool. The added service pool maintenance, not so great. Pools Plus start up guy was very knowledgeable about the maintenance of our pool. As soon as he handed down the work to his colleagues, that's when we noticed that the chemicals were irritating are skin and eyes. The trash from the skimmers was either been left on the skimmer or dumped on my landscape rocks. My skimmer was damaged and wasn't replaced. There was a total of 6 chlorine 3" tabs inside my floaty pool chemical dispenser. I did several test on the water, most of the numbers were out of range. Business not recommended. It is better to manage your own pool. Now I have to spend several dollars to balance my chemicals.

They are being unprofessional with my sister and not fixing their mistakes they made and not honoring their word. There's more to add but I hope this gets their attention to finally fix the issue.

I would like to edit my review, in the beginning it started off very good. they did a great job on the pool and communicating. after a couple of months they started slacking off on cleaning. They weren't cleaning the pool, the baskets, or nets at all.They were charging me for full service pool cleaning, yet we're not doing anything at all. Every time I would call and try and communicate on what was happening they would get very defensive and argumentative. I even spoke with Hector and expressed my concerns that my pool was not being serviced properly and his response was "my guys are in a hurry so they're just trying to get in and out "so I told him basically I'm paying for a full service pool cleaning and your guys aren't doing it "he said yes that's right "he has a very condescending attitude .I highly recommend you use a different pool service. These men are very unprofessional and very hostile and aggressive. Most importantly their job performance is very poor and the quality of work is no good. My son-in-law caught the pool guy sleeping in his pool truck in front of the house he wasn't even doing his job.When I called to cancel my service no one ever called me back so I had to send several emails and ask if they can please send me a confirmation that they received my cancellation and even with that no one ever responded back. I finally was able to get a hold of someone on the phone and let them know I no longer needed their services. No communication at allI will be writing a letter to the Better Business Bureau for a full refund because this business is very unprofessional and inappropriate.

Pools Plus sucks, its the st, worst service ever, low, low, low, lowest grade equipment

Horrible quality of service, always wanted to replace things but then once replaced they didn't install right and it broke again. They clearly don't know what they are doing. They also redid my pebble tech and there's rest spots all over from rebar being too close to the service from not doing it thick enough. Now they are discontinuing my service because they don't want to deal with the repairs.

They did my new pool plastering and they did a horrible job. And when I asked them to fix there mistakes they refused to and said that I was the one who had ruined the new plaster curing process. This left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never ever use them again nor recommend them to anyone I know. After they got paid they totally ignored me.

These people are UNPROFESSIONAL! Don't make the same mistake I did, find someone else to service your pool. I never had any issues with my technicians but the way they manage the business and billing side of things is a JOKE. Avoid at all costs!

Terrible Scheduled a job to replace pool tileMissed the first date they were suppose to start!Came a week later drained the pool to start next day. After pool was drained they called and said they decided not to do job.I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!!! They do not deserve one star!
