Poki Bowl Express

I used to love this place, but sadly, it's gone downhill. The greens in my salad were wilted, the rice was hard, and seafood didn't taste fresh. To make matters worse the customer service was not it.

The first time I went here I got a small bowl with salmon and tuna. I'm not sure how much it cost since my friend paid that night. But the second time I went I got a 2 large bowl same thing with the same entrées and the rice was hard. The total was 40 bucks. It was different workers so I assume it was because of that. The ambience is good. They have nice decor, but I would say it's some what hot in there during midday. My one complaint is that they don't have napkins out.

Each bowl is bursting with flavor, best I've ever had. Service is outstanding, everyone is friendly and attentive. Gives welcoming beach vibes.

The service isn't the friendliest. The poké just isn't worth the price. Got the salad and the greens were already welted. Not the most comfortable place to eat in either. Basically, $13 for a small bowl (it's $14 for a medium so you get what they're trying to pull there). If you're really wanting poké and it's the closest thing near you, sure, go for it. But, not anything I would recommend someone going out of their way for.

Love this place! Everything is always fresh and quick! The tuna and salmon were so good with the spicy mayo. Perfect place to go after a workout. Highly recommend!

Quality of food is good. Bowls are heavy. I just thought it was crazy my small bowl ($13) looked similar in quantity to bfs FIVE proteins (not sure what size that was but it's the largest one.) It was stacked for $21. Bf loved it. It was a lot, I couldn't eat more than half, lol, so i have leftovers. Conveniently close to home. Food was ready when they said. I've only ordered twice from Poki Express using delivery apps and both times something was wrong. I probably will stop ordering delivery/pick up and will order from in the restaurant to ensure the order is right. Please double check ordered items. Will return though to support local businesses. Thank you.

Would give it zero if I could. Person serving was rude, hardly served anything in the bowl. Our bowl was practically only half full. And the girl refused to serve a cup for fountain water without charging, which is illegal in California to charge for. This place has gone down the dumps. Lost our business.

Stories circulated about Anthony's secret talent for origami, and how he once crafted a thousand cranes for a local peace initiative. Intrigued by his artistic heroism, I ventured to the poki restaurant where he worked. The diverse flavors, inviting surroundings, and Anthony's friendly service made it a dining experience that unfolded like a culinary masterpiece. Five stars for this art-inspired delight. Yum!

Cute spot, good variety, unfortunately the food was NOT fresh. The salmon and kimchi in my bowl had both spoiled.

I enjoy this place a lot. It's a very one of a kind atmosphere. And delicious food that i know is prepared correctly. Service is quick and patient, i like that the most about this place
