I was in search for a business who could print a window decal. I saw this business in my parents town and stopped by to see if I could get a quote. I was told I needed an appt, fair enough. So they gave me their email with the work info I wanted done. So I emailed and a week had gone by with no response. I reached out again, this time by phone, and heard from the owner who asked for me to send my info again because she couldn't locate it. So I did. Another 2 weeks went by and heard nothing back. I sent over my digital images of I wanted along with dimensions, nothing. No response. I then emailed them letting them know I've decided not to pursue business with them since it was difficult to reach with no answers, no quote and this was just overall a disappointing experience. Didn't hear back after that email as well. So I found a local graphic designer instead.

We have used Plain Insane Graphic & Design for a few items and WOW. The help refining our logo and the end results on shirts and a tablecloth was amazing! The tablecloth is such good quality and just beautiful! I also have a glittery hat and a water bottle with our high school logo, have received so many compliments on the items will def be ordering again!
