Where do I start with pink valley?! This boutique is ran by a mother and her daughters. Super genuine and kind people. I always have so much fun when I shop here!!! They have quickly become my favorite place to come when I need a new outfit. They provide such a great experience and they want to help you put something together that makes you feel amazing!! It's like shopping with your girlfriends. You will not get the same experience elsewhere. Great quality pieces to add to your closet. Here are a couple of outfits they've helped me put together and surely more to come!!!

I love coming into this boutique. The owner is so friendly we can literally talk for hours she is very friendly. This boutique has very cute clothes for any occasion. The boutique is clean smells great has a variety of selection of shoes and jewelry and candles. Fresno lost so many boutiques in the past years I'm so glad for pink valley boutique on deciding to open here in my hometown Fresno. Welcome.

This is a great little boutique! Well curated stylish, quality clothes for any occasion, at beyond reasonable prices, and in a wide range of styles! Add a warm, fun and helpful owner and her able and friendly staff (her 2 daughters!) and you have a very winning combination. It's well worth the trip to this otherwise drab little mall- Pink Valley is the only thing needed to make this spot a destination!!

I've been meaning to stop by this store for a while now. I finally had some time to go check things out because I have an event tomorrow night and today was the only day I could go out and shop. They close at 6 and I walked in at 5:15 and they turned me away because they needed to close early to get their carpet cleaned. Who turns business away? I would have probably been in and out of there in 30 minutes. I'm super disappointed because this is the only boutique that's close to my house and I have to get back to work. I just don't know who turns business away. Shame.

I love this boutique! They have some unique items that are appropriate for the office with a bit of flair! I especially appreciate the excellent customer service and the fact that they sell jewelry by local artists. I found some amazing blazers that were made of a material that keeps me cool in the summer heat. They also have a good range of clothing sizes. I appreciate that they keep their website updated and that it reflects the inventory in the store. I highly recommend supporting this small business!

A friend recommended this sweet spot. I really loved their dresses and jeans. Lots of cute tops and jewelry. Dressy or casual. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. Ended up with jeans for me and my daughter. Fresno needs shops like this! Highly recommend.

Friendly service and so glad we have an option on this side of town! I've been in there twice and found some great additions to my wardrobe both times. Will be in again for sure.

This store was suggested by a friend when I was visiting the area. I purchased a pair of jeans that I later decided I was not crazy about the fit. I tried to revisit the store on Sunday to return them before I headed back home and the store was closed. I sent an email to the owner informing her of my need to return the jeans I purchased. I was happy to take a store credit. The owner informed me that because I removed a tag (which could easily be reattached) on the waist, I was going to be charged a 30% restocking fee (According to Consumer Reports, restocking fees typically represent 15% to 20% of the item's original purchase price...at 30% that is an excessive fee) and that she could no longer sell the jeans for full price which she said hurts her small business. Why can't she sell them for full price? Returns in retail are common and often tags fall off when trying clothes on. I informed her they had not been worn and one could clearly see they have not with a thorough inspection. I understand that she is trying to protect herself, but I believe each return should be evaluated. As a small business, customers and referrals are what make your business thrive. I was happy to take the credit but have decided that the 30% restocking fee and shipping cost is more than its worth to send them back so I am now stuck with jeans I do not like and will not be returning to the store. Be aware that this store has extremely strict return policies. I am disappointed with my experience.
