RENTERS BEWARE: I rented from this property management company for about two years and was never late on rent nor did they do much for the property. At the height of the pandemic, they raised rent prices by $50. Even then, it was a struggle but I was never late. When I moved out, I left behind light bulbs and an a new air filter. The property management company estimated the time for bogus repairs such as replacing a burnt bulb and removing nails from the walls which mind you, I had already done and removed it from my returned deposit but I let it go since it was about $50. AFTER 30 days of me being out, they send me another inflated bill for THE SAME work that they had already estimated but now I owed over $100. I sent a letter explaining their error and how they should have communicated with me before 30 days but no response and in turn sent me to collections.This company and their "handyman" give the bare minimum and pat you down of your hard earned money. It doesn't matter if you are a good tenant that cares for the home, you will not get your full deposit back. Look elseware when looking for a rental.

Terribly maintained house in Clovis. The painting was done by a blind bat. We would call for a door lock malfunctioning, leaking roof, roaches, etc.. They would answer the phone and call you back but, things wouldn't get fixed correctly or at all. If a tenant calls for a problem solve it. We pay our full rent on time don't half way what the house problems are.

I have been working with Performance Property Management for 5+ years and each time I have had to contact Performance regarding any concerns or questions, CJ and his staff have always been amazing and helpful. They are one of the best, IF not the best property managements in the Fresno/Clovis area. Any service and/or repairs that are needed for their rentals, are handled immediately. They uphold their properties and tenants to a different/higher standard than I have seen in the area from other management companies. I highly recommend utilizing their excellent service for your rental properties and renting from Performance! Thank you CJ, Hope, Cindy, Christina and All staff for all you do!

I am moving from Las Vegas, NV to Fresno, CA for work and I am looking for a rental house to move into. I got onto Zillow and found a house that I was interested in which was managed by Performance Property Management, and let me tell you, I am glad that I didn't rent from these people based on my phone call.I found it interesting that the first four numbers of my phone number were the first four numbers of this company's phone number and I pointed that fact out to the woman who answered the phone. Her response? "So?" Ooookayyyy... No sense of humor, I see.So, now I am a bit uncomfortable but ask for some information about the house I was calling about. Her response? a quite rude, "That house already has 8 pending applications on it". I replied, "I see; would you happen to have any other homes that may be ready for rent?" Her response was just as rude as before, "All of our houses have multiple applications". Well, that may or may not be true. But, my question is, why would you treat a prospective client so rudely? She didn't ask any pre-qualifying questions, didn't ask when I needed a house, didn't ask what my budget was, and in fact, didn't ask anything.Really no skin off my nose, but if you are looking for a house to rent in the Fresno area, I am more than certain that there are other companies out there that will certainly treat you better than I was treated this afternoon.I am certainly glad I dodged this bullet. If they treat someone inquiring about one of their properties, how are they going to treat you once you are under a lease? F-.

I'm currently residing in one of the town house units managed by this company. I asked to speak to the owner and that request was denied. I also asked if I could have the owners name and I was also denied that information. I was told it's private information and the owner doesn't want anyone to know who they are. I find that shady.

Max is a liar who will tell you "the check is in the mail" when it isn't. We left the place in move-in-ready condition. They told us they were keeping our refund and owe $30 because we moved out after our lease end date. Problem was, they (although I told them) didn't bother to look at their lease agreement showing we actually had until the 24th and moved out the 8th PRIOR to that. We gave them a 45 day notice of moving, again at 30 days. They didn't even rent it out until 44 days after we moved out. The owner could have received that money, but no. Max is incompetent. Beware of this Company!

Theft, Blackmail and Bullying are just a few things me and my family's had to deal with while living under they're management. we had to move cuz they would not fix anything in the house at all and now the house is completely boarded up because they would not fix a single thing. Housing Authority had to come in and condemn the place because they refused to do anything. Stole my property and then threatened to evict me when I said I was going to call the cops to try and get it back. They must not have enough money to fix places or buy their own tools. So so sad why people like this are allowed to manage property is beyond me so this is just a fair warning to anybody that might be considering renting off these people.
