Food truck was catchy! Food truck shows up to our work place daily and I had time today to go out and try. Co workers wanted Asian food so we tried this place. I ordered the red curry and inform them if they can add extra Thai chili for extra spice. The service was quite fast considering it was during lunch rush. It was hot but they give you a little alarm device to hold onto so they can buzz you when your food is ready. Gave us time to go wait in the shade since these food trucks are out in the sun.The red curry was ok. I love how they added lots of basil as I love basil in my Thai food. The curry was kinda bland. It could use more flavor and could use a little more coconut milk. Overall the portion was big and will fill you up.

Yummy!!!Spotted this truck at the River Park Farmer's Market and decided to try it out. Service was efficient. Food took around 15ish minutes.The food:〰 Pad Thai (9/10): GOOD PORTION SIZE FOR THE PRICE!!! The pad thai was good!!! I love that you're able to change the spice level (mild, medium, thai spicy). I went with medium and it was a great spice level. The noodles were perfectly cooked and I loved the flavor. It came with chicken which was a bit dry, but overall, it was good!〰 Shrimp Yellow Curry (9/10): The curry was flavorful, the shrimp was cooked well, and it came with a good heap of rice on the side! Overall, pretty tasty! I'm glad I got to try it out.

We got to try this place when their food truck came out to our facility for lunch. The food is very filling (neither of us could finish our meals, now we have some left for dinner!), fresh and full of flavor! Service is pretty quick considering that everything seems to be made when ordered. I would absolutely try this food truck again!SIDE NOTE: The Tom Yum Soup was something that was just recently added to their menu and it was amazing!

I've been wanting to try this truck for a long time but it never worked out. Today they are parked on the Fresno City College campus. so I took advantage. Wow!!!! Fresh, full of veggies and moist chicken. One of the best pad thai I have eaten. I got meduim spicy which is perfection. The portions are HUGE so you are getting at least three meals out of it. I can tell this is going to be a problem for me lol! Amazing! Very nice people too.

Cilantro was in the photo, critical ingredient missing. After waiting to order & for the food 50 minutes, they wanted to argue it wasn't missing, rather than give me some. Stirred soup in the photo; do u see cilantro?

Reasonably priced, generous portions and above all it tastes like mom's coming. Service was good but a bit slow. But not worth deducting a start over.

To start off very friendly stuff.. I was greeted and helped with the menu which was very easy and simple as for food truck ...we ordered pad Thai , pork skewers , shrimp curry and eggrolls ... all the food were delicious nicely made and very well packed together .. it was very well balanced of the rice and protein .. I can say I was surprised they offer some of the best Thai food compare to restaurants ...the pad Thai especially tasted fresh and well prepared .. I can't wait to return and try their other dish ... look them up and try them you won't be disappointed

Exceptional flavors and impeccable presentation define the incredible Thai cuisine experience here. Each dish was a symphony of vibrant spices and fresh ingredients. From the aromatic Tom Yum soup to the perfectly balanced Pad Thai. A definite must-visit for anyone craving authentic and exquisite Thai flavors! And they are so friendly!!

The Tom yum was good, have sweet flavor from coconut and sour from tamarind. The pork skewer was perfectly grill, not dry and the spicy sauce was thick sweet that perfectly combined. Highly recommend.

Amazing food and amazing service. I would recommend for anyone to get food from here. If you want something very spicy ask for Thai spicy
