New place in Tulare. First time that I tried Pelicans was when I was in Louisiana and it was delicious. So when I heard they were opening one here I was excited. Flavors are good and the texture is like actual snow, which I love! Good thing about this place is...... it has a drive thru!!!! Go try it out!
