Friendly, professional and knowledgeable, I had a great experience with the Paz Derm team. I have rosacea, skin bumps and dry skin. They answered all of my questions, discussed topical and other treatments and were able to remove the bumps same day. Highly recommend the hydrafacial, 10 days later and my skin still feels smooth and hydrated with good product absorption and no more skin bumps. PA Gabriel has excellent bedside manner and made me immediately comfortable. He knew exactly what the skin issue was with pictures on his device and treated me immediately and efficiently. I am really happy with the results. Will definitely return.

I first heard about this office from one of their staff members, Vana. She is absolutely kind and friendly so I decided to give them a try. I had PA Gabriel remove a mole on my stomach and 2 skin bumps on my face. Both times I went to the office he was very welcoming and friendly. I was very nervous and he assured me I would be fine. I honestly did not feel anything! He is extremely gentle so I will definitely be back!

UPDATE: They are a MEDICAL facility allowing teenagers to operate machinery on patients without proper licensing. I spoke with Mrs. Paz and she said she will not fight my dispute for a refund, but what SHOCKED ME, concerned me and quite frankly upset me (as someone who has an esthetician license, knows and respects what that means and when and where licensing is required) she told me that Lexi (who performed my Hydra-Facial) is NOT LICENSED!!!!!! This did however affirm my concerns during my experience and why she couldn't answer basic product questions or treat my skin properly. Original Review: I recently visited Paz Dermatology for a hydrofacial, and unfortunately, the experience fell short. Although the esthetician, who was the dermatologist's 19-year-old niece, was sweet and friendly, that alone isn't enough when it comes to a facial.I was quoted one price but ended up being charged $25 more, which felt like false advertising. During the procedure, she didn't hold my skin taut, which seemed necessary, and as a result, my face broke out and turned red, with irritated and textured spots that took three weeks to heal. I am still dealing with irritation and breakouts on my nose (none of which I was experiencing prior to this service) While she was pleasant to talk to, she shared a lot of personal information and gave only basic answers when I asked about the products being used, leaving me feeling uneasy and lacking confidence in her skills. Despite assuring me that she wouldn't do extractions, she did, leading to acne and very red, patchy skin--a problem I didn't have before.The overcharge on top of this poor experience was upsetting. I will not be returning to Paz Dermatology unfortunately.Update: they are also unclear about billing for their dermatology practice side. I was charged a co-pay and was assured that was all I would be charged and the rest would be covered and billed through my insurance and I just got a BILL today asking for more money. There is ZERO TRANSPARENCY here!

Office staff is second to none. Having gone to Dr. Macis for previous problems there is absolutely no comparison. I have been seen within 8 minutes of my appointment every time. The entire staff treats me with respect and kindness.

Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Recommend without hesitation. No need to travel to Fresno. Visalia office is a good choice.

I have been seeing these dermatologists for 7 years & I love them so much, that when I moved to Monterey, I still drive back to them for appts. I've had treatments from Dr. Paz, Gabriel & Melissa and I like them all. I've had Botox, fillers, microneedling, and mole removal. These doctors go ABOVE & BEYOND caring for my skin. I used to hate my skin, but I now LOVE it. Who drives 3 hours to get treated? I do! Because I know I'll get the best care & best results at amazing prices from Paz Dermatology. The appts go smoothly, I hardly have to wait, the care gets direct results & I feel very comfortable with the staff. I would 100% recommend Paz!!!! Go to them if u want to love ur skin as much as I do!

Melissa Manriquez has taken care of me for over a year and I trust her implicitl! From Botox and fillers to biopsies, she is kind, caring, professional with A good eye, steady hands and good judgment. I was concerned that I would look puffy, but her expertise helped me to achieve the natural look I was after. I will continue to work with Melissa. The office overall has an incredible staff who go out of their way to accommodate my needs. The Visalia office is equally as good.

My time is worth just as much as theirs. I waited over 20mins for my appt.Shame on you for not being considerate.

My experience was amazing, quick, friendly and helpful. I went in with my little sister, they got us both out very quickly. From the front staff to the physicians himself, very sweet and efficient. Liz was very sweet and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend

I just went in for a skin check. The PA didn't even notify me that she was going to take a small bump off my upper lip. She grabbed the blade and just started cutting it! No numbing! I was in shock and had tears in my eyes because it was so sensitive and burning when she was cutting it. I've never had her before so I'm assuming she is new. I will not be returning.
