FRAUD!!! A brand NEW! stove replacement from Lowes cost me $368 TOTAL delivered. Paul's charged me 3 times stating they "just need one more part to finish." Charges:5/29/12 $146.505/17/12 $545.715/15/12 $129.50A total of $821.71Called to dispute, they're saying that it was an electrical problem with the home. I brought in my own electrician, he found that someone had disconnected the ground from behind the outlet...I wonder who!? They charged my credit card at will. I will get the charges reversed.

What a joke of a repair place!!!! Called LG to see who they recommend and this place was given. Called a week ago for my washer got a valve error message, got charged 80.00 for them to come press a few buttons and leave. Was told they were going to call LG to get things covered then would call me by the end of the day. Never happened, that was Wednesday April 22nd. Thursday tech calls and says he is still waiting on lg to get back on what they will warranty and if he had not heard from them he would call them and get back to me. Again never heard back from the guy. Friday came and went still nothing. Never did I ask for lg to warranty anything because I knew my warranty was up. Just wanted a quote on the repair! Monday comes I call and Jason the tech answers and says he will get back to me with a quote for repairs as lg isn't calling back. I call LG and they pull my serial number and have no record of a repair place calling. They are open 24/7 and document every call. So I paid 80.00 for nothing, to be lied to and still stuck with a washer that's not working! My husband called this morning and the man on the other end acted like he had no idea the situation or who we were. Asked for a number to call us back and hung up on my husband! Seriously do not ever recommend anyone call this place or purchase a LG product! My washer is 3 years old, I read the whole book when I bought it followed all the care instructions and should not have these issues! So frustrating to deal with this and be treated like this when I'm willing to pay for my washer. Thanks guys for nothing and being rude oh and ripping me off! So appreciated, NOT!!!!

Paul's Appliance did a great job servicing our LG front loader washing machine. Our technician was Edwin. He was smart , courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem correctly and had a part ordered that same day. In a matter of a few days we were up and running, and our washer has never worked better!!!Thlank-you, Edwin, and a thank-you to Paul's Appliance. I am So very disappointed in Paul's Certified Appliance Repair. We have called at least 6 times and left a message asking them to call and schedule an appointment. NO return calls! When you reach their answering machine, they appreciate you 'allowing' them to serve you... Well! No return phone call is certainly not a way to show appreciation. Kathryn DiPalma

I recently called Paul's to come out and check my washing machine which was not working as it should. Seth was the repairman and did an amazing job. He spent a great deal of time diagnosing the problem and explaining my options. Not my first time using Paul's and I highly recommend them for all appliance repair.
