Great customer service at Patrick's. Sean/Shelby was super helpful and we bought exactly what we needed for Ellis' violin. They also offer lessons for all ages and do repairs on instruments.

Excellent customer service.Took my daughters sax in for a repair and was told it would be ready in a week; they squeezed her in and got it back to her in a few days :) We always go there for reeds and before Covid it was convenient for her to go after school.

I went in to trouble shoot a headphone amplifier and the guy working there (I wished I remembered his name) was super helpful and gave me great customer service. I will definitely be back and recommend them over Guitar Center!

I have been bringing my kids here for music lessons for years. The staff is real friendly. Our music teacher Ashley is very personal and good at finding music my kids like to play.

My first two visits here were quite pleasant. I stumbled upon this place several months ago (I'm not local to Fresno), popped in to ask about restringing my guitar and lessons. The fellow behind the desk was quite nice. He quoted me $20 for restring not including the new strings. Cool.Also gave me the low down on lessons. I said I'd be back with my guitar. Came back about a week later with guitar in hand, he looked at it and said it'd be finished in a couple of days. I bought the guitar used so it was dusty and could use a good wipe down. I asked if they could clean it up when they restrung it. Obviously an easy task to take care of when the strings are off. Anyway, came back to pick up my guitar and was charged $48 including strings (strings are not $28) to restring my guitar and to tack down a little piece of tape that came up a little on the bridge. They didn't even do me the courtesey of wiping down the guitar before they put the new strings on. I was gouged. No thanks, I'll take my biz and lessons elsewhere.

Love you this place the service is exceptional very friendly staff. The progress my daughter is making in her piano lessons is impressive. Thank you to Emily for that. They have all you need to get you started.

Teachers are great. Place needs a major upgrade and thorough cleaning, and the A/C needs to be fixed to accomodate the heat in Fresno. Waiting area needs better chairs. So much potential unrealized. I'd much rather if efforts were made to make the waiting area more clean, cool, and comfortable than offering popcorn.

Shelby is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to assist with my purchase needs and made great recommendations.

Totally awesome staff. So helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They helped my kid buy a clarinet, and I can't wait to see what kind of instrument my kid upgrades to next. So happy with these folks. They're awesome.

My 2 children have been learning music here for two years. One of the teachers that is employed there by the name of Robert Myers lacks in professionalism immensely. He told me that he is booting me out because I cancelled a lesson last week with 23.5 hours notice instead of 24 hours. I explained to him that I had a major commitment at work. He proceeded to speak to me in a unprofessional manner. He will not make up the lessons that I have previously paid for. Spare yourself the pain and agony of dealing with someone who lacks integrity.
