Wally fitted me for a tailored suit and was very helpful.Professional staff and top-notch service.

My initial experience was good. Went in to get a custom suit and the gentleman who fit me and took my order was great. He said it would be a month. It turned out to be two. Then it went back in for final alterations. No call that it was ready. It was a 9 week wait. If you have any kind of timeline given them 3 to 6 months. I think George Washington got his suits from London in less time. Not impressed. However after all that the suit I got is great so...3 stars. In the end going elsewhere for my suits for better customer service and less employee turnover.

excellent service, employees actually know what they're talking about which was refreshing. suits felt good but i will note that they were a bit pricey.

Decided to close before their posted hours so had to come back another day.When I came back staff was short with me and their non verbal communication just gave me the impression that I was wasting their time. Not coming back.

Phone number doesn't work. Are they even in business???I went on their "website" that has nothing on it & tried calling the number but it's not in service anymore

If you order clothing for delivery and live in an urban neighborhood Do Not Order From PATRICK JAMES. My order went out via UPS, $280 worth of merchandise that I never received. When I called, PJ claimed UPS dropped it off at my front door ( which is on a street with high pedestrian traffic) and said it's my loss. "Go file a police report". I have no idea whether it was delivered to the right address or what happened to it. PJ and UPS should have kept it at the UPS store for pick up if a secure drop off was unavailable. I will never order from them again!

Amazing Services and high quality products. Rented out one of their suits for a red carpet event and could not be more than satisfied.
