Real Estate Law is always a must for our binder. You never know when you are going to need it.

They have the worst receptionist ever. she is unable to take proper messages or transfer phone calls. The attorneys there are slow and always never available to take your calls nor call back in a timely manner not to mention over rated in their services.

We pulled the titles for both properties, drew the map showing the location of the fence, and had the boundary letter notarized with the Title company and Harry Pascuzzi created a standard boundary letter. Not impressed and very expensive. I don't recommend.

I went to this Law Firm almost 20 years ago and met a attorney by the name of Susan Moore. I went in with a case that no other attorney would take on, and after having a 15 minute consultation with her, she said it would not be a problem at all, told me what the process would be like.I retained her and we were successful in that particular case. Later I found out she became Susan Pascuzzi during the time my grandparents wanted to do their estate planning and she helped them with their living trust and will and took a big weight off of their shoulders .Over the years she has helped me my family and also friends, and has continued to provide us with Legal Advice that has helped out in many ways. She is kind, intelligent,honest and a professional and will always help you out and be on your side. She has been a lifesaver more than a few times and you will never be disappointed in her or the firm itself. I have continued with her as an attorney for 20 years and that's because of the outcome of everything that she's ever done for me. If you want somebody that is honest and will help you and your family achieve their Estate Plans,trust,or wills, then she is the person for you.I feel really blessed knowing that I have someone like her in my corner when life throws a unexpected curve ball.

I worked with this firm that split off into what is now named, Pascuzzi & Pascuzzi, (only Pascuzzi's in Fresno)...so I'm yelping Harry because i think he runs it. i had to hire a lawyer for my estate. They front staff is unprofessional as they were irritated after several calls; they can't handle stress very well. My lawyer always had to get back to me. He never knew the answers off the top of his head like my current estate lawyer. I know lawyers charge per freakin' 1/2 second, but what would end up happening with this firm, is that they would keep you on the phone for a while repeating the same crap you talked to them before, and they would bill you for the same conversations. For example, they never had a clear answer or put any paperwork in motion after my mom passed. They never really advised much except to tell me everything I was doing was right. I could have gotten everything I got from these incompetent lawyers on Nolo.com..Don't waste your parents money. In the 2 months I used this firm, they never filed ONE DOCUMENT in court... they just were waiting for me to direct!! Go elsewhere.
