Wrote a yelp message mentioning what I was looking for and for what date, I was pleased when I received a quick message back with a personal number (which I assume was the owner). I called the number to receive the rudest phoncall with the most incompenet person I have ever met. I realized they hadent even read my message and just sent their number when they rudly said they didn't even carry what I was looking to rent out. The person on the phone was extreamly unpleasent and had no interest on helping me. When I ended the call by saying 'thank you for your time' even though I was wasting my time with htis person, they responded with 'yeah, whatever' and abruptlu hung up. This goes to refect on their service and quality of the business. Disappointing.

Awesome from start to finish. They responded quickly to my request and questions. They were up front with everything including their pricing and scheduling. On the day of my event, two gentlemen showed up and took care of the set up without any problems. I paid the price they quoted me, the same two gents showed up and packed everything away. I will use party king rentals again. Military Veteran approved!!

Great customer service spirit!Delivered on time and even picked up the same day when our event was over. The chairs were in pristine condition and the "can do" attitude will have me call again when I need them again.

Party King is definitely going to be my go to for future party rentals. Great service. I called 1 week before the event. I needed 10 round tables and 70 chairs. Party King delivered on time . The tables and chairs were in fairly new condition. Chairs are sturdy not like the usual thin white chairs. Friendly service , easy payment through PayPal, and confirmation messages were sent to clarify the reservation date and payment. Pick up time message was sent when he was on his way. This was an easy and simple transaction from beginning to the end. Thank you Party King!
