Paradise Restaurant

This is usually my go to place for chicken pho. Located on first and McKinley in what is dubbed "The Pho District". However I went on Halloween night and the recipe has somehow changed. What was once so flavorful is now giving heavier hints of ginger. Don't get me wrong, it was still delicious but not like it was. I hope it wasn't a change in recipe or cooks. The service was very good this time , I do take out, so I usually just pay and go however the person ringing me up was so nice and chatted with me. For 2 large chicken pho i paid $30, great portion with lots of shredded chicken breast included. Will try again

The food here was great and so was the service. The ambiance not so great. It is clean and decorated but from the outside it looks like a place you probably would not want to eat at. There is plenty of seating inside. I think this place is really known for their pho. I ate vegetable soup the day before so I wasn't feeling like soup again but next time I will definitely order the pho.

Came at 10 for Togo order. Yelp said it open till 11 pm. Pls update your operating hours. It's closed before 10

Two small chicken pho and 1 shrimp spring roll with extra peanut sauce ordered. The worker was nice and said okay, bye after it was ordered. I went in to pick it up. A little language barrier. Cold inside. Lots of tables and chairs. People eating outside at tables too. The order wasn't ready yet. Waited after paying for it. Didn't feel the most comfortable waiting. It was handed over a bit later and got out of there.Lunchtime! Got everything set up! The chicken Pho was really good! Chicken cooked good! Fresh veggies and tasty noodles! Really liked the super hot peppers in it. The spring roll was good too! Fresh & tasty with good peanut sauce! Mother said hers was good! Okay service but, luckily, the food was really good!

Hit the spot and open late. Needed the recovery after a long weekend. Not the best, but you can't beat the time frames for late night needs. Water is infrequent, no vegetarian options if that's what you're looking for.We had gotten a steak pho, roast duck pho, and egg rolls cuz something fried. Compatriot enjoyed the steak pho, the roast duck was a bit oily and mostly bone as opposed to meat for the pieces. A little chewy as well for what was there. The egg rolls were nice and crunchy when they came out.Good for what it is, and here fits the bill for certain situations. The recovery was real for sure so this was a good respite at the time.

The restaurant is suffering somewhere... it's been so dirty with slippery floors. It really keeps us from going there. If the public area is dirty, can't stop from thinking that the kitchen is dirty... sad about it. Food was the same as usual and the service as well.

Pho is amazing! They load it with a lot of meat, noodles, and the size of the bowls match their prices. Chow fun is loaded enough seasoning, and eggrolls were delicious.

Pho is usually good, just don't order take out later in the day. They will water down the broth. Would have been nice if they just told me they were out of pho.

The food was delicious, service was fast, and I will be back. The pho size was legit extra large. Try the paradise special.

Stop going bc they like to serve food with their fingers dipping in the food. One time orders were too salty to consume. Gave them one more chance and there's a roach floating in my pho.
